Great stay at Bournemouth Central Hotel Premier Inn
The service from all members of staff was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful at all times. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic as I could walk to the beach and shops in 5 minutes. I enjoyed the unlimited breakfast option during my stay. This was my first stay in a Premier Inn and I hope to stay here again.
Terrible stay will never use again
I paid for a plus room which is meant to be the better rooms and make you pay much more then the room is worth. I paid £109 for 1 night to be givens a very small box room out the back with a small balcony overlooking shops and stairs. The staff wasn’t helpful seemed to get very annoyed if someone was upset about something as I went down and said I’m unhappy with the room and was told I had to stay in that room as they were busy. I had to go back down as my TV didn’t work when I told the reception staff she went out the back and I had to wait for about 10 minutes before she came back to say let us know when you’re out and someone will go up and have a look for you. There wasn’t enough soap or shampoo for two people I used the shower and then so did my partner and he had to use the hand soap by the bathroom sink as there wasn’t anything left and there was no hair conditioner at all. The Aircon didn’t work it would turn on for about 30 seconds and then come up with err 202 and turn off again. It was very noisy it was difficult to get to sleep with the noise from outside from the shops we could also hear other guests above the room and outside in the hallway and by the stairs/lifts.
2 night stay in Bournemouth
We got this hotel at a bargain price for 2 nights over the kids half term,we was allocated a big family room with a balcony on the front of the hotel so we got an amazing sea view.Central location for everything! Rooms well equipped with all you need, anything else more you need like tea and coffee reception are happy to help and supply. Would have gave it a 5 but when we went to check it at 2pm like stated the room was not ready, and with two children and bags in tow we had to wait a further 45 minutes in reception till it was done. Having said that everything else was perfect, lovely staff within the hotel.Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back In the future. Thanks Premier Inn Bournemouth Central!!
Very pleased with the experience of the hotel. Beds were so comfy. Pillows were so so so amazing!!! Very pleased with location and the service. Breakfast was very nice and was nice that we could do our own thing.
Comfortable bed good breakfast but aircon broken
Comfortable bed, pleasant staff, breakfast good but zircon was broken and we could not open the window as we overlooked noisy units despite paying for an upgraded room. Request a sea view room to avoid this.
