Wanted to book another week in this hotel been going for years now full up with aslum seekers. Thats are holiday to bournmouth gone wont be going back what a shame been going for years it was a lovely hotel with great staff

We went on the 3rd Oct for 5 nights .The rooms are a bit old but very clean.The staff were very good and worked very hard.The food was spot on very good breakfasts and the evening meals were great 4 of everything to pick from every night.There were a couple of singers on tues and thurs.Not far from the pier bus stops at the door.

So just returned from a 5 day trip with Ellen smith coaches. The room was okay but the radiators did not work so no heat luckily it was mild weather but in a morning a bit of heat would have been nice. On our arrival Mark from reception who is so professional did try to get the heating working but next morning nothing was on . Reported it twice a day to various people manning reception including Carol and Anton Wednesday night 10pm Anton brought a heater up for us . Thursday Mark was back he asked if this had been reported to maintenance I said no one had been we left the hotel this morning with the radiators still not working room 32. No one seemed interested other than Mark. Food was very good poor Michael on the bar was so over worked a very efficient man. All in all this is a struggling 3 star hotel I would not return or recommend even though some of the staff work very hard .

Rubbish hotel!! Don’t waste your money

Overall the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in the U.K. - The hotel was filthy when we got there is smelt of old carpets, the room could have used a quick paint job. The bed was so uncomfortable, thin pillows I had back pain after sleeping on it for 2 nights. Despite Covid times the cleanliness was poor. Tasteless breakfast!

Took 40 of our Elderly clients for a week away. What a lovely hotel, the rooms were so comfortable and clean. The food was lovely a choice of 4 main meals .The staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. If there was anything to criticise it would be the bar wasn't stocked for our stay. We would definitely go back .
