I was able to choose my room, 3rd floor, thru the Hilton app. I knew it was sold out so thinking it would be busy, I avoided the first floor. My room was a decent size, 2 queen beds, very clean, large bathroom. I was disappointed there was no fridge or microwave - I had brought some snacks so that was pointless. The bottles of lotion, shampoo, etc., were perfect, towels fluffy and a good shower. My door was pretty rickety, had to really yank hard to get it closed when I left the room. Breakfast wasn’t too bad, could’ve used more fruit options and maybe another protein or two. 1st morning was scrambled eggs (powdered I think?) and sausage patties. 2nd day was also eggs but with smoked sausage cut up. Eating area was roomy. Pool looked good, but was full of kids so let them have their fun. Hot tub felt great! All staff very friendly! My biggest issue was the beds, for me, was very uncomfortable. I did not sleep well. And I was disappointed that they have let their American flag get so tattered.

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The pool was comfortable and clean. Plenty of places to eat near the hotel. The rooms are rather small but that’s fairly standard for these types of hotels.

Renovation seems great from the lobby but once the room, numerous issues covering up items and things not working. Could not adjust heater and mattresses are old and could feel springs. Just not the Hampton name I was use too.

The room was very clean as I would expect now. Overall, there was nothing negative that I would point to other than not being recognized as a Diamond member. Food is average at best but that is what I expect with the quality of their free breakfasts. The rooms did not have a refrigerator or microwave which would have been nice.

Had a few issues with our room but was overall a good hotel. We opted for the king room with a hot tub. Tub was great. Iron and phone were both broken. Limited water pressure in the shower without the ability to adjust it.
