Great food and friendly staff
Been here a couple of times and it always delivers, great food we had the gammon and a steak pie which where spot on and the staff are friendly with a good sense of humour. The restaurant is covid secure but with a friendly feel
Belated birthday meal with my bubble
Fantastic night, booked table in advance all covid measurements in place with high standards of protocol and the staff explained everything very clearly explained. Service and food was very friendly, attentive and professional as usual, nothing too much trouble. Matt, Katie served us and Tarl who was working downstairs said hi. Lloyd and his kitchen staff cooked my lamb chop perfectly a great new addition to there excellent choice menu. Which has just been revised with some new exciting meals all at a very reasonable price. My friend had the gammon which she said was tasty and it was huge. Can't go wrong with quality of product and such generous portions..........thank you for a lovely evening. Looking forward to NEW YEARS EVE all being well with this unusual times, tiers etc thank you again I highly recommend your place to anyone xx
Delicious Food Great Service
We just went in for a meal and a couple drinks. Our waiter knew the menu off the back of his hand, could make recommendations and was very friendly. The value was very good as well. Would eat here again without a doubt.
Excellent food
Had dinner here two nights running. Turned up on the first night to ask if they had a table for two, which they did, and booked for the second night. Food was delicious. Lots of choice. Large portions. Friendly staff. Covid safe. Would recommend.
Midweek Dinner
We had a very warm welcome, but after that service was a little less friendly. The menu had plenty of choice including vegetarian and vegan options. The food was a bit slow coming out but was delicious, very hot and excellent value. Overall a very good experience.
