Beautiful
My friend and I stayed here for two nights and had a lovely time. The grounds are beautiful filled with olive trees, a vineyard with the background noise of some farm animals. From here we could easily walk to the train station to get a 5 min train to Bracciano to explore the lake and town which are both goregous. Our chateau was perfect and well equipped allowing us to cook our own meal one night and enjoy sitting outside and taking in the beautiful tranquil view from our patio. Our hosts were lovely and helpful. I would fully reccomend staying here for a peaceful trip in the beautiful italian countryside.

Wow! It took a while to find such a place on the Internet, but arriving at this B&B it turned out to be even more beautiful than it looked online. Located 35 km from Rome, 5 km from the lake of Bracciano and 300 meters from the train station, this B&B was first a farm. Six years ago the owners decided to quit farming and turning all buildings in guest houses. The result: a really beautiful place with perfect guest accomodations. I really enjoyed the quietness, the swimming pool, the perfect workmanship of the house ánd the hospitality. I would highly recommend to visit it!
Il migliore a Bracciano
A mio giudizio la cortesia dei titolari e la bellezza del posto non hanno eguali. Ottima la cura del verde e degli spazi comuni, per non parlare del comfort degli appartamenti. Posizione strategica per vedere il lago e non solo. Insomma mai scelta fu più azzeccata!!
Perfetta sistemazione per visitare Bracciano
Abbiamo soggiornato due notti per partecipare ad un matrimonio a Bracciano. Il Signor Fabio è super disponibile e sempre pronto, sistemazioni comode, confortevoli e pulite, spazi aperti ideali per famiglie con bambini. Lo consiglio vivamente

Una sosta serena al B&B immerso nella natura. Accoglienza gentile ed affabile da parte dei gestori e stanze pulite e tranquille. Consigliato per chi vuole fare una vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità, ed è anche una base di appoggio per poi raggiungere altre località
