I could giving five star on the review. However, the hotel and General Manager drop the ball. I found hair on toilet bottom seat. I contact the Front Desk about the issues, no management follow up with me. This is serious because of convid-19. When GM email me about my bill. I wrote back to him, about my concern. No reply back to me. I was very disappointment. I won't come back to the hotel.

good stay at quality inn in bradenton!!!

this is our 3rd or 4th time we've stayed at the quality inn bradenton fka comfort inn. we always spend a week or two in bradenton during winter, but it has been a couple of years since we've stayed here. the hotel which has the motel style outside entry room doors. the walkways, lobby, breakfast area, pool is kept very clean. our room had two queen beds, of average size, was super clean with what appeared to be new carpeting. the bathroom with shower and toilet was a smaller separate room to the sink that was outside it. beds were very comfortable. nicely furnished with microwave and refrigerator. the tv was good size, with showtime. the free breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage pattys, waffle and pancake maker. sausage gravy and biscuits was very good. average coffee. oj, fruit, cereal, etc. many copys of usa today newspaper available. we happy the usual breakfast was served during the coronavirus. not many people there, so you could even eat in the breakfast area/lobby. pool was open too. our room # 211 internet/wifi did not work very well, connection would come and go. appears this room too far from modem/router. if we were gonna stay longer, we would have asked to be moved. price just alittle high at $95 not including tax/fees, since it is far from beach(that was closed), near I-75.
Location is key

Easy access to I-75. Lots of eateries nearby, several in walking distance. Hotel was clean and the staff was attentive. We needed the hairdryer replaced and they can within Three minutes. Room was spacious and the beds comfy. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay
Overflowing Toilets and a dropped of plunger. Rude staff and expensive..

o whom it may concern Good Morning My name is Dwayne Lock and I was a recent guest of the Quality Inn on St Rd 64 in Bradenton Florida. There were several issues with the stay that was for the night of Saturday Feb 1st thru Sunday Feb 2nd I called several Hotels in the area as we were planning a surprise party for my wife. I asked all that I called if they had adjoining connected rooms. Several did and according to your front desk person Crystal your Hotel had multiple adjoining rooms. I was told they could not guarantee them until the morning of the day I was staying. Since you were closer than the others I decided to reserve with a note that I was asking for the connected room and they would allow me to verify before final payment was applied. “An adjoining room is two guest rooms that are located next to each other and are connected by a locked door between them. Adjoining rooms may be booked together by request for one traveling party, or they may be booked separately by two different parties. Definition of Adjoining Hotel Rooms – TripSavvy” Definition above… I called Saturday morning to verify they had adjoining room and they said they did, 113 and 114 but they were on the lake and would be an additional charge. Since this was for my wife’s Birthday and I had 3 couple driving in I agreed to it and paid for the rooms Upon arriving at the room we discovered they were not adjoining rooms and your Hotel does not even have what your entire industry knows as adjoining rooms. I was told “Oh they were are to each other..sorry.” I was not happy and explained to Crystal what adjoining rooms were to only be met with a completely befuddled look and a oh sorry about that I had no choice but to accept the rooms. We tried to make the best of it since the rooms were not adjoined and even though it was very inconvenient and there were others choices I could have made that had and knew what adjoining rooms were it was too late to change. Things were not the way we had all hoped but we managed to celebrate the birthday anyway. Things got worse the next morning when one of the my guests decided to use the restroom and after only urinating in the toilet it completely overflowed the bathroom. A call to the desk was met with little concern and absolutely no urgency. The remedy from your staff was a unannounced plunger dropped at the door and a call that there were some towels upfront that could be picked up to help soak up water. My friends had to get dressed and walk up to the lobby to use the restroom, They assumed we were asleep and since the rooms were NOT adjoined they could not just walk in and use ours. When I asked Crystal what the deal was with the service I was met with a very unconcerned and unapologetic attitude and I chose to remain calm and simply tell here we were not at all satisfied with the accommodations and I took your business card. You are my first contact regarding the very disappointing experience at your Hotel. I am hoping this will be the only interaction to find some remedy, or compensation for the experience that my wife and I plus 3 other couples endured. I have spent well less than the $300.00 dollar I spent at your Hotel and had considerably better treatment and stays, I have spent equal to that amount in the past at other Hotels I have been afforded a much more professional and enjoyable visit. As it stands now the review and comments, or further correspondence are on hold as I think it is fair to always give an opportunity to allow someone to correct or resolve an issue prior to escalating. I have attached the invoices for the stay in question.
