If I could give 0 out of 5 I would however that is not an options available. Firstly the "hotel room", this was a dingy room above a pub and was horrible. The room was dirty and had not aged well, not sure it has ever been redecorated! No one as the property seemed to know what was going on which made checking in and out a nightmare, just what you need after a 3.5 hour drive. Bookings.com noted that there was a restaurant onsite, there isn't. When arriving for the second week (reluctantly due to cost), greeted by 2 police officers who advised that the property was closed due to a fire. No one had attempted to contact to advise of this so late evening after a 3.5 hour drive to Bradford we had to find another hotel, last minute at twice the cost for the week. OYO still took the deposit however and so far we have been waiting over a month for the refund of the deposit to come through. Plenty of chasing and dealing with their awful "customer service" team. I would never stay in another OYO property again, no matter how good it looked from pictures. They clearly do not inspect the properties they advertise under their name and do not seem to have any regard for customer satisfaction. Avoid at all costs!!
Avoid if you plan on sleeping!!

We arrived late, party in full swing in the bar. Staff were lovely and were shown to the room. The place is tired, but clean so we were happy. The party was very loud, and we were directly above the roof of the conservatory "dancefloor". We closed the windows and waited until 11.30 thinking it would stop at pub close time - we were wrong!!! Two hours later it was turned down, but did not stop. We had less than 4 hours sleep. Shattered and needing to drive not a great combination. Didn't stay the second night we had paid for. Bathroom was very clean, but tired with lots of cracks on the floor tiles etc.
The hotel has everything you could want

We have been here a few times now and we have never had any problems, the rooms are clean and the beds are really comfy so you will get a good nights sleep, the staff are friendly and there is a pub downstairs so that is a plus as well:) we will be returning again soon so thank you:)

The room itself was fine...a bit worn but what you’d expect for the price. When I booked I paid in advance with Apple Pay on Booking.com. When we arrived the lady checking us in insisted this wasn’t the case, despite me showing her a screen shot saying I’d paid in full. She told us that no payment had been received and there was no “pre-auth” (whatever that means) on their system, I checked my online banking and no money hadn’t been taken at that point, so we took her word for it and paid with my debit card. The lady told me if payment was taken twice they’d immediately send a refund. Lo and behold, I checked my online banking a couple of days later and found payment had been taken twice. Contacted them, they agreed to refund. That was two weeks ago. On the rare occasions they answer the phone they fob you off with “it takes a few working days” Checked my online banking again this morning to find that not only have I not had a refund, they’ve charged me a third time! Again, nobody answering the phone. A shame because myself and my husband agreed it was an ideal place for our trip (travelling to watch our football team play away) and we’d have stayed again if it wasn’t for this.

Stayed here for two nights, was a good price for a good sized room! Bed was a little worn out! Facilities were good, tea and coffee available. The staff were extremely pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Noisy if you like your window open at night, sirens of all kinds, that was the only downside
