Not clean; bathroom door was missing handle.
Great lady at the service desk. Just when you get to the room; you just say WTF!! The bathroom door did not have a handle. There were dark stains on the floor and this window cushion. Looked like a blood stain. Just keep an eye open; might’ve just been the room I was in.
Don't Stay Here!
This hotel was dirty from the lobby to the room. It was noisy because it was close to the highway and, apparently, not well insulated. Finally, the rooms were incredibly tiny -- we did not have room to pass without someone sitting on the bed.
TERRIBLE!!
This place needs to be condemned! It was disgusting! Urine stained sheets, yellow towels, roaches, carpet has not been vaccuumed, the “suite” includes a mattress sitting on the floor, walls are stained and nothing has been wiped down. I was charged a rate more than what I was told for 2 nights and when I talked to Vinnie about it she refuse to give me a refund and tells me I’m making things up. Mind you I asked for a refund before I left and was told the manager is the only one that can do that. DO NOT STAY HERE! She continues to hang up the phone on me every time I call and keeps me on hold for 10+ minutes. This place and those people are trash!

Disgusting rooms. The urine stained bedspread,sheets,window panel and toilet seat looked freshly used with urine and poop stains. I couldn’t even stay the night because of the uncleanliness and I asked for a refund and that when the manager charged my card an extra time once I left and did 5more attempts to charge my account.my bank notified me of the $150 charge and printed out each attempt the manager and her helper tried. She stated now that I smoked cigarettes in a nonsmoking room and I haven’t bought a cigarette ever in my life and can’t breathe if I inhale secondhand cigarette smoke. LIARS AND FRAUDS RUNNING THIS PLACE
one night stay
I stayed there for one night and i regretted my stay, the rooms smelled and look horrendous. The towels looked like they weren’t even cleaned and there are stains on the blankets and sheets. The bathroom in the lobby smelled like urine and was not very sanitary. I would rate this inn lower than a animal shelter.
