Remember you get what you pay for
Reviewed 15 october, 2021
We went to Branson for a night from staying in Eureka Springs for a few nights, we usually stay somewhere else but I wanted to try and stay at a hotel a little cheaper, but remember you get what you pay for. The hotel was ok when we stepped in. I was ok with everything. Could tell it was a little older but fixed up. Well, when we came back from town, our neighbors was outside their door talking loudly and cussing. Then when we came back from our show around 10:30 I stepped into the room, and it smelled like WEED. It was so strong. I really didn't want to stay there to be honest I was scared to go asleep. Then when we got up to take a shower, it took me about 5 minutes to figure the shower nob out, almost couldn't get it turned on then when I did, the water never got as hot as I wanted it too, it would go from hot to cold the whole time. Then when my husband got in to take his shower, he couldn't get the shower on, and when he did try, the whole nob was moving from the wall, we was afraid we could break something. So, needless to say, he didn't take a shower. Just remember you get what you pay for. We should had spent around 25 more and got a whole alot better hotel. If you don't mind WEED smoking I would say you could stay there, but we DID NOT APPRECIATE IT.

Booked a room for the night over a day in advance, had to cancel room (couple hours later) because of change of plans. Didn’t offer a refund at all. What kind of place doesn’t refund? I’ll take my sidepeice else where.

Pleasant stay

We were spending the weekend with friends on table rock lake. We needed an inexpensive hotel to sleep at. In this hotel met our needs. we were in a king room, and it was clean and comfortable. The hotel has plenty of parking, breakfast was available promptly at 7 AM, and was good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits gravy, fruit cereal coffee and juice. Covid stuff- The front desk people wore masks, there was hand sanitizer at the front desk, and in the breakfast area. Guests we’re expected to wear their mask and check in and in public areas. Overall this Property met our needs and I would certainly return

Staff was friendly and it was a good location but that is the only positive comments that can be made. Rooms were very dated, lots of chipping paint, stained bathtub and sink, and bedding even though it was clean was dingy. Came back to our room at night to find a roach. You get what you pay for but next time I will going with a different lodging choice.

Left same night I checked in

I had reserved this motel for 3 nights. You get what you pay for. There is no sleeping at this place. There was so much noise that I left the same night I checked in. Wi-fi sucks! They did refund my money but I can promise that I won't be going back there. The door to the room wouldn't open unless you threw your shoulder into it. I felt like I had to make a football tackle to get it open.
