I’ve stayed at many hotels but, I’ve never had one with such like family!!!
I could have not asked for better people!!! To rate this hotel, you have not a rating score that high. Clean, Respectful, Responsible with the COVID-19. Felt as if I was home!!!!! Rash I made the Hoter very friendly to everyone!!!!
Clean and friendly
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to the extreme weather & snow we had no power or water at home. This hotel was the cleanest super 8 I’ve ever been to. The only issue is that they don’t have an elevator and the stairs closest to our room were closed. With 2 small children it was a little difficult to bring our things in and out. We checked out a day earlier due to our power and water coming back on so the staff did everything they could and didn’t charge us. Check out is at 11 and we weren’t able to actually check out until 12, because it took us a while to get our belongings and children down to stairs and in the car. They didn’t charge us extra due to the circumstances. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a decent hotel on a budget.
A Great Port In A Storm
Was fortunate to get a room here during the February 2021 winter storm disaster. What everyone wants is a clean place to stay and great service. The staff in this hotel provides both. They were very compassionate during this time. Their caring was above and beyond what anyone could expect. Would highly recommend staying here.
Family meet
Hotel looked in a great shape. Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Lady at the desk was very helpful and was wearing mask. Lobby was clean and had a sanitizing spot, it was great to have sanitizer. Housekeeping did a great job during our 2 day stay. I will love to be back at this hotel and it is so close to a great restaurant.
Unsanitary and refused to refund
We had a small house fire on Thanksgiving Day and are unable to stay in our house for a few days or more so we booked a room at Super 8. We arrived and checked in at 741 pm and by 7:50 pm we walked out of the room with our bags in hand to head to the front desk . Upon pulling back the bed sheets , we found bright red blood spots and hair on the sheets . We told the front desk clerk we would like a refund and she told us no , that she would give us another room . Why would we want to stay at this disgusting hotel in a different room ? This was unacceptable to us and we demanded a refund and she refused . We asked her to call the manager and she refused . We left the hotel by 8 pm (after only 20 minutes on property ) and went to holiday inn . We contacted corporate and they said the franchise has to refund the money so Wyndham doesn’t even care about their own reputation or guests . Today is the day after thanksgiving and my family is still at the holiday inn and we still have not received a refund . No one from the hotel will contact us and when I call the hotel I keep being told the manager is not there by the same lady . I will be contacting the health department , I would not stay here !
