Ramada Pensacola

While the bed, end tables, tv, desk were new, there were a number of minuses. The carpet had stains that should have been cleaned. There was no safe in the room. The pool was filthy, and unusable. The gal at the front desk was personable, and very helpful. Travelocity's site shows a full breakfast. No mention was made of this, though this is one main reason we stopped there. At 5:30 am on our check out day, I did see a sign to the breakfast room. Went by, it was dark, no one preparing anything, no mention made at the front desk. Went to both ice machines to procure ice for our food, both were not working. Reported to front desk. So, we had to go elsewhere to buy ice.

This hotel has the worst customer service they don’t know how to talk to the customers they are nothing but rude and to top it off they have horrible housekeeping in my entire stay (7days) they did not once clean my room and I kept calling and calling so they could come clean it and they wouldn’t pick up.

Worst hotel ever. Had to wait for 15 min for someone to get to the front desk. They had left a hand written note on the door. Room was dirty...used ship on the floor,dirty pillows, mattress box springs looked like blood was on it, shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Toilet paper was not on dispenser so you could tell it was not properly cleaned...just horrible...plus roaches in the room.

I do hate to leave such a negative review but the Hotel is under renovation. Not up to Best Western standards at this time but trying to get there. Don’t expect much at this time but it may change if Best Western inspects ( hopefully).

Disgusting place, horrible breakfast, you’re better served sleeping in your car. Roaches in the rooms, air/heat doesn’t work, phones don’t work. Smell is horrible and pubic hairs in the beds and bathrooms.
