Room/Charges

Reviewed 12 july, 2022

I booked a stay there and when I arrived the room was dirty, the bathroom did not have a tub. It was a stand shower with no door. It had dirty tile and the drain was nasty, all in the bathroom. The room did not smell clean nor did it look clean. It was gross and the tile looked very just unclean and just gross. The toilet area and the sink we're about the same, gross looking. I cancelled my stay and went elsewhere. That's when I noticed I was overcharged for the room to begin because that's not he quote or amount I booked with. I'm so very happy that I did not stay there and they ordered me a refund.

Relaxing stay

Reviewed 25 may, 2022

Comfortable room, we were planning on spending one or two nights there but had to extend our stay twice, we ended up spending 5 days here and enjoyed our visit. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, we had contact with a couple of housekeepers who were also helpful and professional. The room was vlean and comfortable. As others have stated there is only one elevator and it is not centrally located. No worries as the other side of the building had stairs. We were able to us them and parked right where the stairs exited to the parking lot. We were on the third floor, every night we were able to hear what sounded like water pipes moving in the attic. It was not to loud but was noticeable. Just sounded a little odd

A Great Stop Over

Reviewed 9 october, 2021

This was a stop over on the way to Alabama. I was a little cautious due to the reviews. But it was literally the only hotel with a room. Upon arrival, Shon was friendly and quick with check in. He told me where to park for quick access to our room. The room was spacious and very clean. My girls slept on the pull out couch, which was a typical hide a bed. I was worried, but they slept great. The king sized bed was comfortable for my husband as he likes a harder bed, but I prefer a softer bed. The shower was awesome with great pressure. They have Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. That was nice. We loved that our first floor room had a sliding door where we could sit on our little patio or even sit in the courtyard area. Beautiful landscaping all around the property. If I had a complaint it would be the neighbors who were up at all hours being loud in the halls. But that’s not the hotels issue. Also, I was quite surprised to see the exit door zip tied open. My husband did slide it to the side so the door locked at night, but it was right back open in the morning. To me this is a safety issue. Even though I feel like this hotel is in a very safe area, an open door could cause problems.

Worst elevator location in a hotel

Reviewed 28 september, 2021

The hotel is a big square. The elevator is placed in the far right corner. If in a 'normal' hotel, our 2nd floor room, just past the front left corner, would have been an easy in and out. But we had to turn right, then left to the end of the hall, to the elevator. Then exit to the right down another hallway. Then left, almost back to the front of the hotel. No, we won't be staying there again.

Excellent Group Stay

Reviewed 15 september, 2021

I travel with a large team for work, and the staff here was excellent. We had lots of logistical changes with amount of rooms and personnel, and they never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. It was always easy to contact the sales staff, and they responded to our needs quickly (Thanks Vatsana and Beth). The desk staff were also always friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and quiet, and breakfast was also easy and out promptly. Billing at some hotels can also be a nightmare, but they've also handled this promptly and efficiently, responding to questions in a timely and reasonable manner. If you're traveling with a large group, I would highly recommend staying here.
