Very Good Caravan Parc With Lake View
This is a big caravan parc along the hill of the lake Garda. A very clean and well kept area, where you have the choice of many different lodgings. We stayed for 10 days in the luxury apartment with a lake view for 5 people and we had a lovely time. The staff is super friendly and service oriented, the place is very clean (except for the garbage area, where stupid tourists are not capable of depositing their garbage in the right containers and just leave open boxes in the sun for days, which attracts many flies....) and well kept. Pool area is great, especially for little kids, apartment was well equipped for own cooking. There is a restaurant on site, well designed for kids and tourists. Every evening they do some animation there - for those who like it. We preferred staying in our place or going out for dinner. The first night in the restaurant was ok though. Prices are fair, portions are big, but is is not really Italian cuisine at its best... The checkin and checkout was fast and very easy, free parking on site, even though the parking was in the sun and a little walk from the campsite. All in all a very nice place to spend your vacation, especially with kids. For the rate of more than 300 € per night, I would have expected a cleaning in 10 days, but they just changed the linen after 8 days - that was it. Nicely equipped shop on site with fresh bread every morning. The kids loved the croissants with cream. I highly recommend this place, but you do need deep pockets to stay here if you are not camping.
Family holiday
Just come back from a 2 week stay at Weekend & can highly recommend. Impressed with the Covid measures at the resort & in Italy in general. Staff were all friendly & helpful and even gave us a cabin upgrade for free as they were quiet. Food & service at the restaurant both excellent too. Kids (10 & 18) were too old for the Spotty club but we all enjoyed the later entertainment if we were down at the restaurant for it. Only thing is it could be clearer that swimming hats are required for the pool. It didn't say it anywhere & only knew once the lifeguard told us off. The shop does sell hats but would have been better to be aware beforehand.
Customer care is not honourable. Valid Cancellation refunds refused to be paid
Right to cancel 60 days before holiday commencement date, are not honoured. You will not get your refund. I am significantly out of pocket as deposit refund refused and voucher only offered which is usless to me. Cannot trust this company. Its like talking to wind. This company look after their finance by keeping your money if you wish to cancel in accordance with their booking terms. They care little for my loss. Any company who do not abide by their promises are not trustworthy or honourable. Note travel date box had to be completed but this was earliest offered so not correct. No Travel and no refund
Fantastic family fun
We stayed in a Eurocamp chalet which was ok. However, the campsite itself was excellent, the staff were happy, helpful and friendly. All of the campsite was clean and well maintained. We loved it. The facilities for young children were excellent and our grandson loved the minidisco
Beautiful camp site
We had an amazing time here. The camp site is very clean and beautiful. In the shop you find all the necessary products and our bungalow was very clean and pretty. We had enough space in there and all the necessary equipment. I will come back!
