We stayed at Cedar Breaks in October, the week after a 20 inch snow fall. The property was clean, the staff was professional and yet friendly. We enjoyed the amenities and the area. They did not have a welcome book with local attractions, etc in the room and that would have been helpful. We would go back and we would recommend it to other members.
Cedar Breaks Lodge in Brian Head is most convenient to both Bryce Canyon and Zion Nat'l Parks. Great staff!

We booked a 1 bedroom unit. King size bed, adequate kitchen, living room. 2 TVs. 1 fireplace. Very nice for our needs. And so convenient to be about 90 minutes to Bryce Canyon and to Zion - with spectacular views at resort and the routes to the Nat'l parks.
Disappointed that the coffee shop staff was ill on Monday and Tuesday. Hope they're better! better.

In the middle of a 6 night stay and so far so good. Restaurant food was good. Access to groceries, gasoline about 10-12 miles away down the mountain in Parowan. The fall colors are awesome. Today, Wednesday, October 29, the mountain is covered in fog and I'm not sure driving would be advised.
Beautiful scenery but lacks regarding cleaning policy

We had reservations for 3 weeks. They would not clean the unit in between weeks even though we had to check out and re-check in. I paid cleaning fees and had to clean the unit myself. They said this was the policy for muti-weeks check in's.

I spent a week here in July and it wa a very nice stay. Rooms were clean and quiet and it is very close to Cedar Breaks and Bryce is not far away. Only negative is that they should not allow screaming little kids in the hot tub....keep them in the pool where they can scream and yell all they want.
