We are regular Bristol hippodrome visitors and wanted an apartment close. Upon arrival we were greeted by wonderful and helpful staff ( Martha and Nathan with Reece on vacating ) they were all so professional with a very friendly attitude. We stayed in the Penthouse which was modern and clean. It had all the facilities we needed and the beds and pillows comfy. It also had a second tv in the bedroom. It was such a pleasure to stay there and with a view. We cannot rate this apartment more highly. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish and have already booked for our next theatre trips. Well done guys. See you next month.

I had the best trip . The apartment was clean and well equipped, exactly what I expected . I was really looked after by the wonderful staff - talked through the one way system and into the car park by Sami who kindly help me negotiate the directions . All the staff are welcoming and have perfect manners and are very helpful and kind - I have to mention just how Nathan, Martha and Reese are able to communicate with guests so kindly and with such grace and efficiency. I know it sounds a little formal but they had THE BEST WAYS about them ! Nothing too big or small they always there helpful and smiling . It’s rare to find such an fabulous group of people in hospitality in one place. Human beings ! I loved them so much and with such attention to the well being of their guests. Definitely recommend the apartments and the staff .

Perfect girls night away!

Myself and 2 friends stayed at Saco for a night as we had tickets for a concert at the O2 Academy. Location is perfect for a city centre stay! Apartment was just what we needed, so clean, plenty of room, towels and a much loved sharing bag of crisps and chocolates left for us when we arrived! Staff were amazing, Nathan and Martha looked after us for check in and out and were so welcoming, really warm and friendly people! Both a credit to the company!

Saco apartments was a perfect choice for me and my friends. All the staff were friendly and polite. Martha and Nathan were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to cater for us. Thank you for an excellent stay! We will be returning I’m sure!!!

Amazing location and fantastic engaging staff. Business trip for only three nights. Check in was easy, made straight forward by charming, agreeable competent team. Accommodation was spacious and very well appointed. Location was excellent.
