Cut visit short
We were due to stay for three days, but had to leave after one. The staff and check in process was good. When we get into the room it was quiet and comfortable. I reached into a corner to turn on a lamp, and felt some cobwebs. My daughter found some spots on one of her pillow cases. The next morning, my wife saw a cockroach in the bathroom. We left but the manager was nice enough to refund our night.
Great stay
The staff was very friendly, especially The Bistro staff who were friendly and attentive. Property was well kept, room was clean, public spaces were also well kept. Would definitely recommend if you need a hotel in the area.
fine for our stay.
We needed a hotel for a night due to overflow at a relative’s house. This was the closest hotel. Despite a reservation mixup, and it being late on Saturday eveing, check in was very quick and the clerk was very helpful. The room was small, but efficient. At first I was not happy with the TV being at a 90 degree angle to the bed, but quickly figured out it pivots and slides out so it worked OK. The bed was comfortable, but I wish it had sheets instead of a thick duvet. I know it is Wisconsin and cold, but sometimes all you want is a thin sheet. The linens were clean, though. Lighting was good with reading lights on both sides of the bed. The bathroom was reasonable sized and had a separate toilet/shower and sink area. Good for couples. The bathroom was very clean. I would have liked more towels, though. There was a fridge and microwave and coffee maker in the room. The air conditioner seemed to work well. I am probably the only one using it in November in Wisconsin Sleep quality was good until the neighbor’s 2 year old decided to shriek at 630AM. No hotel wall could muffle that so the night was over at that point. There was no free breakfast, but they did have a bar/bistro in the lobby which looked nice. I didn’t have a chance to get anything, though. Supposedly there was a pool and gym, but due to my short stay, I never used either. Overall, the hotel was fine for our purposes.
Lovely stay and surprisingly nice rooms
Did not expect sort of strip mall hotel to be so nice, but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, quiet and well stocked... well suited to our family gathering. Plenty of parking and easy drive to everything. The food in the restaurant took WAAAAAAY too long to come out and seemed to be trying too hard... but it was tasty.
Nicely redone hotel
Room was just as pictured on website! Beautifully redone hotel that has a very comfortable bed and was near a lot of restaurants and shopping. A nice value, would stay here again! Only down side was that they did not have Bravo channel on the TV. My room had a balcony that offered a view of the courtyard.
