Hotel Fazenda Roseira

A farm hotel in Brotas with an “old farm” feel. This is the Hotel Fazenda Roseira, located at the top of the mountain, an incredible place that wrote one of the first pages of Brotas history. Fazenda Roseira, name adopted by the matriarch of the family who loved “roses” and cultivated them with affection and dedication. Stories tell that she grew roses of all colors, including the very black roses. Another remarkable fact, Fazenda Roseira was one of the largest coffee farms in the region, housing in its colony the first school in the city, still with a Spanish teacher.
