Excellent hotel: staff, food and facilities are top

Stayed here at the end of our tour. This hotel was a great relief with very comfortable beds and air conditioning as the weather we had experienced to date was hot. The rooms and food are great. Staff are excellent including some English speaking (handy sometimes). I would start here again and easily recommend it to any travveller visiting Bucaramanga.

I visited Restaurant la Terraza....on a 3 for 30000 tour.....Food was fine and the price was nice! They took time to show me 3 suites in the building ....The elevator is still the very same from 1984, though, interiors have been refurbished

We really enjoy our stay, we upgrade to the suite 1013. Very clean and quite. The shower is fantastic. Great food and impecable attention and service. Everyone at the hotel was attentive and very nice. Good food and bar. Nice pool and excellent spa. Although is not close to shopping malls or to trendy area of the city, taxis are so in inexpensive and the city safe that is not an impediment. Great tours complement a great stay.

Nice hotel! Pretty clean and an excellent service At breakfast the waitress gave us a cake because it was our friend's birthday. And they even played las mañanitas for him. The hotel knew his birth day from his passport. Besides, we accidentally broke something in the room and they didn't even charge us for it. Excellent hotel!!

This hotel is clean with free wifi and simple breakfast. I did not like, that there are no windows at all to open in the rooms, for me a important matter for future bookings. I tried to change to a room with windows to open, but front desk informed that there are none. The shower has a poor water pressure. Rooms have air condition. Beds and pillows OK. The business Center is absolutely poor. No real work tables, one computer and each movement has to be paid, in other hotels usually you do not even pay for using the computer or printing some pages. The business Center has nothing to sit and work together with colleagues. Almost no plugs available in business Center. We went to the bar area to work together. The food and bar area around the pools is a nice place to sit in the evening. The breakfast is OK, but poor if you try to find kind of low carb food. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The place is not bad, but very simple or the price you pay. It seems like the hotel has a nice SPA offer, but as I was on business trip I had no chance to try.
