Ok the place is clean, the food is good and the rooms are very nice. Checkin was a little slow as they had to check to make sure my room was clean. They should have known what rooms were available and it was not that busy. A small matter but it was time consuming and I was tired. Second problem was there are no coffee machines in the rooms. They said just come down to the lobby and the coffee would be there. Nope it was not there. I get up early and I don’t like to go down to the lobby to get coffee. I want it in my room and I don’t want to get dressed right away. That being said I will stay here again, I have a coffee machine I can travel with so I will bring it next time. The staff are very good and as long as I have coffee I think this is a great place in a nice safe area. If you do not drink coffee you are going to love this place.

We are currently staying at the hotel and I am so dissapointed because we got a room with no airconditioning. After letting the airconditioning work for 3 hours to see if it would change we went to the front desk. The lady at the front desk told us sorry but we just have to wait untill tomorrow (because there is no maintenance at the moment), we are exhausted and really cannot take a bad warm night right now.....There was no solution whatever. After asking again and saying that we could not go through the night like that, the lady at the front desk told us she will ask the security guy to come and see. After an hour we had to ring up the front desk (nobody came) and she told us again she could not do anything, again without a solution. The solution was we just have to sleep in the heat tonight. I asked to talk to the manager but he never came or called. 30 minutes later the security guy of the hotel came up. He was polite and nice but didnt know what to do....so he came back with a ventilator......and told us tomorrow the maintenance guys will check it I really am dissapointed, how can you not change our room (they said there were no other rooms available) or how could you rent out a room without airconditioning. And just say it is what it is, without a solution whatsoever. We are in a room without airconditioning, with a ventilator and paying the full price for the night.....tomorrow we hope we can talk to the manager....we are exhausted and so dissapointed.....

Awesome staff we felt home far away from home every time i was in need of any help there was the staff members ready to assist me ...........I am thankfull and would recommend this hotel if you want to feel at home far............away from home.
Room OK, closed restaurant makes 24/7 room-service impossible

The room is decent albeit showing a bit of wear-and-tear. First day, the restaurant closed at 7:30PM. No room service once closed. Second day, the restaurant closed at 1:30PM. Seriously? Closed at 1:30PM in the afternoon and not opening again in the evening? No room service after closed. When the restaurant was open, the food was good, even excellent. The front desk staff was very nice, and offered to order in from another restaurant, but, while appreciated, is nothing like eating in the restaurant in the same hotel where I am staying.

I stayed at the TRYP for 17 days. Everything was fantastic; the security, the check in, the staff, house keeping and the restaurant. The front desk made reservations for me at other fine dinning, assisted me to hire a baker, a musician and assisted me in having food from a restaurant for a small gathering of family. I simply cant say enough good things about the TRYP. My suite was simply amazing and any time I called the front desk they handled everything. They even helped me secure a COVID test to return home the day before my flight.
