Great value for money
Booked this apartment as we were flying the next day , and wanted to spend the evening at the Xmas market Was not disappointed, I noticed that there are comments about the reception where you get the keys is around the corner from the property! Yes it is but we are talking about a 2 minute walk, the receptionist was very nice and helpful told us all the things we needed to know . When we got to the apartment we were not disappointed it was clean , well equipped, warm , no noise as it was winter and the windows were closed The location was great for what we wanted and in the morning when we left it was a 2 minute walk to catch the 100 bus to the airport I won’t hesitate to recommend this property
Unprofessional and Unfriendly
This accommodation is extremely unprofessional, they forced us to check out early without allowing us to leave our luggage in any space after checkout. Our flight scheduled at 8:30 pm, and we were set to checkout at 11. We asked for a late checkout, they declined. We asked if we could keep our luggage at their reception area, they declined. Additionally, central passage apartments has the worst reception office, outside the parameters of the building and hidden. It took us a long time to find it without any signs or indications. 0 customer service. I would not recommend this place at all.
Full story not told !
Location cannot be beaten - excellent is the word. However please don't get fooled by the pictures and description. There is no reception - in a block 100 / 200 metres away - yes that's where there is reception. Collect keys from there and then find your way to the apartment. Common parts not impressive at all for the 4 star and above reviews. There is no gym although it says so - you have to pay a gym located in the same complex and is not part of the facility. You cannot keep luggage - there is a storage 24 euros for 4 hours - so really this is an ryanair / easyjet equivalent - Beware -
Central and modern
First of all this is not the address of where you get your key. It is around the corner beside the Mexican Restaurant. The unit entrance is in an arcade and unmarked. Great location though. Unit exactly as per the photos. Only hand pump soap provided. Nothing else, so have to take own soap, shampoo, tea bags, coffee etc. No starter pack of any kind. Beds where small so not good if you are used to a king so we booked a 2 bedroom to spread out. Would highly recommend though. All double glazed windows too. We had 5 nights and was glad we stayed in an apartment.
Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay at these apartments. They are in a great location. Handy to the metro, restaurants & cafes, supermarkets and the Budapest Eye. Most tourist attractions and places are an easy walking distance. The apartment is well equipped. The amenities are fine. There is security at the entrance to the building. There are restaurants in the arcade under the apartments. The downsides to staying here, are the car parking is expensive 25 euro per day. The towels in the apartment were ‘tissue paper’ thin. They need upgrading. The washing machine left the clothes wringing wet after the spin cycle. We stayed for 4 nights. The downsides do not outweigh the positives for staying here. I would recommend these apartments.
