It's fake, don't stay in here!!

The place was dirty, the pillows had blood on them!!!! Limited cutlery, poor maintenance, curtains where "hanging" from the frame. It actually looked like an old office rather than an apartment. We travelled with our 7 months old baby, arrived to the apartments at midnight and actually stayed only that first night and look for another place the following morning. I'd recommend it at all, we found it unhealthy for our baby. I spoke with the concierge and he told me it wasn't the first time he received complaints about the apartment, but they're not responsible for it. He put me through with the owner who actually didn't do or said anything about my complaints. What they advertise and the reality is 100% different. I wouldn't recommend it at all, actually is suggest to be removed from the different accommodation sites.

Good, but could do with some maintenance and a deep clean

I'm currently staying here for work, and am enjoying it. Plus points: Good location, close to the main street but not right in the noisy bustle. Pleasant doorman, and feels very secure. Nice, light airy apartment with masses of storage Great shower - in a rather old fashioned clunky pipes sort of way. Neat little kitchen with full-size fridge, microwave, two hob rings. Downsides Could really do with a deep clean between tenants, on my first day I had to rewash all the pots/pans etc and the cupboards, sweep under the bed. Also previous tenants clearly smokers, despite it being a non-smoking apartment. Luckily that aired out very quickly. The bedding and towels get changed every other day, they are very clean but rather tatty. Doormen are lovely but speak no English, door to the swimming pool is always locked (assuming not in use in the winter?). Other apartments seem to have a key for the outside door, but I have to rely on the doorman to let me in. Bed - is actually two singles pushed together, with a mattress topper. I mean pushed together, not locked together, on wheels, on a wooden floor. You can guess what happens - don't sleep in the middle of the bed! The slightly stained bed cover I just put in a cupboard and forgot about. Needs some maintenance - some of the lights/blinds not working. Could also do with some more kitchen equipment, like a wooden spoon. Luckily I had a universal sink plug with me, as no plug for either the kitchen sink or the bath. NOTE: The washing machine/tumble dryer in the basement are incredibly cheap but need coins, which are impossible to find in BA. Start saving any coins you receive as soon as you get here! Overall - for a long trip (3.5 weeks) I really liked this apartment, but that was because I had time to do a bit of cleaning and it was worth investing in things like fairy liquid, a teatowel, and sponges etc. The location is great and it was a lovely apartment when you have to stay in during the day and work.

Great Stay but know limitations

This is an apartment - take the word hotel right out of your mind. There is a sweet door man who speaks no english...he hands you keys at 2pm (no earlier) and there is your nice apartment. It's like you're a local living there, but if you have questions, you must call the local renting company from 11-4pm...otherwise you are on your own. Really on your own, he buzzes you in, and up you go. Tough at first arrival, but we ended up loving it. The pool is up on the roof and un-usable so take that out...But location is fantastic, quick walk to the Subway system and you can hit the town.

Perdemos a tarde toda nessa função.
