Fairly ok, there are better options
Stood 3 nights on this hotel and it was not the best experience: the flooring needs to be replaced, the A/C is old and leaked on the bed and the towels were dirty. Also, the staff is not eager to help and the hotel overall looks dirty. On the good side, this hotel is conveniently located near Puerto Madero. If you research a little more, you will find better options.
Checked out faster than I checked in
Upon arrival to the hotel the entrance has a strong smell that will immediately give you a headache. I forced through the smell and checked in super quick, no guidance to my room, no assistance with luggage, and no friendly tips about the hotel perks. Maybe this was just due to my weakness in Castellano. So with my bags in hand I ventured on to the elevators that are decorated with cracked mirrors and stained floors. Once I made it to my floor I ran to my room to find a place relaxation but destiny had other plans for me. Walking into the room looked like I had walked into a run down motel that could be found in BFE (pictures attached says it all). I rushed down stairs to request a room cleaning or even a change, my requests were quickly declined so myself and two other guests checked out and ran before the walls started to bleed. Avoid this place
my regular hotel
this hotel is located near downtown and near modern redevelopment area and also the Chile street neighborhood retail district. As such it allows one to enjoy local shops as well as more tourist shops. It is near the Catholic university in a safe walkable neighborhood.
Ok accommodation but not 4 Star
I stayed here whilst working on the Youth Olympic Games in Oct 2018. The rooms were big but a bit scruffy and the walls are so thin. Probably more 3 star than 4 star to be honest. Good location though.
Disappointed
The hotel is in a great location that felt very safe. It is absolutely not 4 star quality. The reception is shoddy, the room was basic with a lot of wear and tear, and the cushions on the bed were filthy. It looks nothing at all like its pictures. Much better options at this price point in Argentina.
