Great stay!
Great staff. Dog friendly! Great breakfast! Clean rooms, nice bathrooms. Great location. Close to everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back and stay again. Hope to get to check the pool out next visit.
Loved Buffalo!
The location was perfect. The downtown was just starting to open back up and I can’t wait to back when it’s fully open. Our rooms were fabulous. The staff was super friendly and gave guidance to the downtown area. I highly recommend.
Nice, clean hotel in downtown Buffalo
Sayed here on a Fri & Sat night in March. Was given a room with2 queen size beds, small refrigerator, coffee maker a great view of the city. Room was clean & quiet. Check in was quick on a Fri night. Tried to watch NCAA March madness basketball games on CBS but apparently Spectrum did something to the hotel tvs and could not get this national channel. Called front desk who sent maintenance up but he confirmed the same things. Parking was 1 block away at $12/night. Only needed 1 night since Sat they had free on street parking in Buffalo. Was told my cc would not be charged but it was. Had to call 2 days later to get the credit. overall was a great hotel & would most likely stay here again if in the area.
Hairy Bed
Hairy Bed disgusting... Took room service 1.5 hours to fix it. Had to reschedule a dinner reservation. Front desk was super rude when I called about it. The Room was cleaned sticker on door apparently means nothing.
Really well clean
This was a really good hotel just need improvement on bed pillow and blanket.it was really well clean and manage as well.I will really appreciate if they keep a eyes on everything a guest are posting on the review.
