Do not get a room on the 2200/2300/2400 block. You will have a good room, but they have not upgraded the network/internet access. And the plumbing is a little iffy. Other that that, the staff if amazing.
Hotel is cheating its guests
I had very bad experience with this hotel. I had made a reservation on Expedia. Few weeks before trip I cancelled my booking, because we choosed another one. On last day when we were in USA I got an email from Four Points by Sheraton "Thank you for choosing us as your home away from home. Our entire Four Points Buffalo Grove team has enjoyed having you here! etc" and sent me a folio. There was check in time, check out time and room number. I wrote them back that it must be a mistake, because I haven't been there. Then I contacted with Expedia and they also have contacted with Four Points by Sheraton and they told that I used my entire reservation. Like what a lie?! I asked for proof of registration card or photo or something, but they couldn't send it to me. They charged from my credit card around 630 dollars, but my bill was 505 dollars. I wrote them that I'm going to police with that and since that they haven't answered anymore.
Solid place in a good location for many suburban Chicago businesses
Not far off the freeway and right on a main East West corridor, this location will have you within 10 minutes of dozens of businesses, restaurants, etc.. All Four Points have a soothing scent to them and honestly the rooms are nicer than most equally-priced hotels.

I come here several times a year to attend a scrapbooking event. I feel right at home because of the warm hospitality especially by Lana in the dining room. She is always smiling. This is a great hotel!!
Not for business travelers
Business travelers beware. WiFi does not work here and cellular connect is weak (Verizon). Front desk said they are aware of the issues and have been so for a while. Were not even apologetic about the issue. Property itself is run down and musky smell in my “upgraded” room. I am lifetime titanium member and would never stay here nor recommend it to anything ever again even if free. Thanks
