Wonderful, pleasant
Very nice hotel, friendly staff, beautiful and cozy interior. we enjoyed our stay. Easy access to main sites and nice restaurants. One of the best hotel to stay in Bukhara. Breakfast was limited but it was tasty.
Location is the main attribute.
When we arrived at this hotel the wi fi was down which was a nuisance as we needed to contact our travel representative which resulted in us incurring unnecessary telephone charges as it was some hours before service was restored.While the room had a kettle and air conditioning, there was no room safe, tea or coffee and water was not provided on the second day. In addition one of the window blinds was broken. Breakfasts were adequate. Overall not a hotel I would choose to stay in if returning to Bukhara.
A disappointment
The staff were welcoming. We were shown to a room with twin beds when we had booked a double room. We were then taken to a double room. Later we found that there were moulds in the shower and there was no soap. We only got the soap about half-an-hour later. the cupboard door was broken and we could not hang anything. The breaking point was when we saw a dirt stain on the bed sheet the following morning. We checked out.

Kulkadsh hotel is super and excellent place to stay during vist my husband and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights staff are really friendly and helpful, our room was huge and clean, everywhere are perfect and clean, I really enjoyed the breakfast, the receptionist who called Qasam he was great and helpful person he really care for customers and he makes sure all guests are happy and enjoy staying in Bakhara, I really recommend this hotel.
