Our check in was late due to flight delays. The front desk was quick and friendly to check us in. At check in we were told about breakfast and what other restaurants were in the area. As well as fun things to do in the area

This hotel is in a perfect location for Burbank. Surrounded by a mall and plenty of restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was clean, w/ excellent service. The rooms were spacious and Covid friendly. I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant and bar.

This was our second stay at this location. We love the location and staff. Manager Justin and front desk associate Lauren were very accommodating. We will stay here on our next trip. We enjoyed our suite as much as the friendly family atmosphere.

Best place to stay in Burbank

This is our preferred hotel when traveling to Burbank, it is conveniently located to downtown restaurants, shopping, the 5 freeway, the train station, etc. Rooms are always comfortable, staff is super friendly. During my last visit, the people in the adjacent room decided to party late into the night. Staff shut them down when I called about it. On our prior visit we did the murder mystery hosted by the hotel, it was outstanding! A fun and funny experience!

1 bedroom suite is enormous!

I was blown away by the size of this suite which had a huge living area, bedroom and master bath. The reason I call it a master bath is because there are 2 bedrooms in this 1 bedroom suite. How convenient is that? The room was also nicely updated and modern with hard wood floors throughout instead of carpet. The lobby area is very welcoming and the staff were great. We had dinner on our one night stay and the food was very good. My suite was on the street side of the hotel so there was some traffic noise to deal with at night. But for a 1 night stay it wasn’t too bad. I would stay here again if presented the opportunity in the future,
