Do you want to sleep?

If you want to sleep do not stay here. We stayed on a Saturday night and the music and shouting from the club downstairs was intolerable. The noise from the street is also loud. We paid a ridiculous amount for a hotel that is seriously just ordinary. The pool is thin, narrow and shallow and needs cleaning. The rooms are dated and the bed ok. We could hear people in the rooms next door. The towels are not fluffy and appeared discoloured. This is not a luxury hotel and we were so disappointed. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was due to the girl on reception who had 3 burnt fingers who was very helpful to us. She is a star and should be promoted.
Dirtiest hotel ever!

I asked to change my room because the toilet was very dirty with a dark stain on the bottom (maybe rust...?) and there were stains on the bathroom walls as well. The receptionist apologized and allowed me to get a new room. But the second one was far more dirtier than the other: the couch had stains everywhere, there were stains on the walls, on the sheets (maybe past blood stains not properly removed), rust on the bottom of the toilet (as in the first room) and last but not least a clump of hair in the shower!!! I had been in this hotel before, in 2020, and it was good, one year later I found a totally different reality. It was a nightmare!!! At that point I obviously decided to go away and to change hotel. Before leaving l asked the receptionist to have the possibility to speak with the manager. He told me he was busy and that I had to wait a little bit. After 10 minutes waiting I understood the manager didn't wish to talk with me, and so I complained again about the bad behavior the manager had. This bad experience really ruined my first day of vacation!

We were in this area for a funeral, so we needed some TLC. We stayed here mainly because of the reviews and the price. Everyone was very nice and helpful!! Hot breakfast was good. Very accommodating and upgraded us to a corner room, just because!! Easy access to freeway. Not a lot of parking on the main level but overall great experience. We would definitely stay there again!
Good family hotel

This is a good hotel for family visits to LA area. There are a couple of quirky things about the rooms. First- the sliding door to the bathroom let’s all of the bathroom light into the rest of the room. So if someone gets up at night to use the bathroom- everyone is woken up by the light coming through the door. Second- air conditioner is super loud. They were serving a breakfast ( included with your room) but we didn’t end up up eating in the hotel. Be advised that their bar and lounge are currently closed. The pool area looked nice.

Nice room, good location, helpful staff, ok breakfast. Only issue was that someone tried to steal tires off car while car was in hotel lot. James (manager) and police were helpful but lost day resolving issues.
