Nos cancelaron el vuelo el domingo dia 9 de febrero y la aerolínea nos alojo en este hotel, muy bueno para pasar una buena velada, el personal excelente sobretodo la recepcionista española,desayuno expectacular.

Las habitaciones son amplias, la cama muy cómoda y están limpias. El hotel es muy tranquilo y es perfecto para descansar después de estar trabajando. En caso de ir por ocio, el parque temático de Harry Potter está muy cerca. La comida del restaurante, tanto para el desayuno como para la cena, está genial. Hay gran variedad y la calidad y raciones son muy buenas. En cuanto al personal del hotel, me gustaría resaltar la atención mucho más que maravillosa que nos ofreció Carol durante las 4 semanas que estuvimos en el hotel, cada noche cuando regresábamos e íbamos a cenar al restaurante o tomar algo. Nos hizo sentir como en casa cada vez que nos veía. Hotel totalmente recomendable.

Never Returning to this Hotel - It’s hard to believe this hotel is a 4* Hilton, when we first arrived there was free parking which is good, lovely reception area & the gentlemen on reception was very friendly, we arrived 4 hours before check in & he told us our room wasn’t ready which was fine, when I asked where the toilets were for us change as we were going into London he instantly ‘upgraded’ our room and put us in a room that was readily available, great customer service.
When we entered the room it frightened me to think what our original room was like because this new room was no upgrade to say the least
• Filthy stained carpets
• Dated & Run Down Furniture
• Cracked sink in the bathroom
• No working air conditioning
• Dusty & Dirty furniture
• No maid service
Not only this, the room was located on the ground floor with the window directly next to the cleaners cupboard/room - from 6am on a morning all we heard was rattling cages & talking, also the hotel is full of out of control children, charging the corridors causing havoc and being general pests from 7am to 9pm.
It’s a good job me & my partner spent the majority of our holiday out of the room, in London.
Apart from the 2 lovely members of staff we dealt with & the large comfy beds - this hotel is awful.

It was like stepping back into the 70’s. What a shocking dated hotel, the rooms are small and tired, the bed was really not comfortable and pillows were terribly thin. Staff on reception were the only nice part of this trip
Do not stay here as a family with connecting rooms - it will not be honoured.

We booked connecting a month in advance for our family of four so that we could be together but have enough space for everyone. This is the only reason I booked the Hilton as it seemed a great perk. After travelling 300 miles, when trying to check in we found that the connecting rooms had already been given out to other people. These rooms were, in fact, not even being used by families as connecting rooms. We ended up with two rooms with two rooms in between us! The reception merely apologised and said they had made a mistake and there was nothing else they could offer. We were furious but had no other choice but to take the rooms. So, instead of my husband and I being able to stay together, we had to separate so the children were not alone. On a ground floor, I was not prepared to leave the children on their own. This was not how our first family break on 18 months should have started. Extremely disappointed and really put off Hilton hotels because of it.
