Stayed here for a week while looking for apartment. I'm a single woman and felt safe here with the wonderful staff. Bed was comfortable. Room warm. Room had a tub/shower. No microwave or fridge but can use the one downstairs easily. Loved having a couch and table in room. Shannon is amazing. Still come back to pub downstairs for a cold one to visit.

Front Desk clerk dressed unprofessional, could not get into computer - stated she was really a housekeeper, had to call owner for help - price not what was advertised -filthy floors, carpet, had to request towels , all but several TV channels were available - due to not subscribed - mattress poor quality - saggy- / breakfast not inviting with minimal items - suppose to be a non smoking facility but the hallway and the room across from us stunk of old stale cigarette smoke that seeped into our room Not worth $110.00

The people checking in were the cleaners and they did not know how to work the system. They told me to come back in 2 hours when the manager got Back. even tho my book in time was 12. Manager was kind tho but cleaners did not know what they were doing trying to check us in. Also room smelled like smoke and we got a no smoking room. The room had no fridge, no microwave and no tub. But just a shower. Smaller then pictures described.

I enjoyed my stay here. My room was clean and comfortable and compared to other places to stay in Butte, America’s Best Value Inn was a comparative bargain. Even Barry, the clerk who checked us in was personable and gave great recommendations on places to eat. So why only three stars? Well, there was no breakfast. The owners are too cheap to provide it. They use the excuse that we are in a pandemic to justify their cheapness, but if they were that concerned about the pandemic then how come they allow their guests to congregate inside without masks and they don’t require their employees to wear them either. Putting profits above people is shameful.

I was attach by the owner/manager of this propert.He seemed like he was high or drunk and did damage to my car with a bat while coming within inches of hitting me in the head. This man is violent and out of control and nobody is safe here.
