The privileged location overlooking the beach (extension of Praia do Forte in the upscale Braga district and 1.5 km from the shopping center and 13 km from the airport). There are 60 apartments distributed in 04 categories: sea view, two bedrooms, pantry and standard, being equipped with cable TV, minibar, telephone, air conditioning, desk and wi-fi. On the roof of the hotel you can enjoy a panoramic view of the beach with swimming pool, sauna, gym and lounge area with armchairs, tables and chairs. For social and corporate events, we have 03 rooms with audiovisual equipment and coffee break, lunch, dinner and cocktail services.
Values releated to taxes and administratives fees are alreadyincluded at the moment of purchase at the HURB website. No further fee payment of any kind is required once purchase is complete.

A gem of a location on the dunes of Cabo Frio
Going to Cabo frio off over 15 years and we always stay in and around prior do for it but I have to tell you the dunes which is about 2 1/2 miles down the road is a better location it's quiet it's clean and it's just a better view of the beach And its natural beauty. There is many restaurants or nightlife in this area so if you're looking for a quiet relaxing get away from all the action in this hotel and beach areas for you
We arrived in hot (40c) ..
We arrived in hot (40c) Balneario after an exhilarating 8 hours crossing the Andes. The staff of this family operated hotel were fabulous, helping us in English book tours and find vegetarian restaurants. The hotel's location in the central district cannot be beat. At 9 pm we walked across the street to the plaza and listened to a live local band then found dinner a few blocks away. The room was air-conditioned which was a necessity in the heat. We booked with web site and paid with credit card.
Basic 3 star hotel, lovely view of the dunas
we chose this hotel for the reasonably cheap price (cheaper than most of the pousadas in the area). We loved it, nice buffet breakfast which included scrambled eggs and sausages, not to mention the 4 or 5 different varieties of cakes, and the freshly squeezed orange juice. rooms were reasonably large, and reasonably clean. one thing we missed was that the bath soaps and shampoo were not provided, only solid soap, but this could be a standard in brazil. if we ever go back to cabo frio, we would definitely stay there again. Another note, it is about 20-25 minutes walk from the city centre, however it has 1 supermarket, 2 restaurants and 1 pizzeria withing 5 minutes walk. the area around the hotel seems strange as there is not many people walking around at dark, however this seems to be because it is a residential area. to us, it didnt seem dangerous at all, even when walking around at dark.
Uma grande surpresa
Eu e minha esposa estavamos a procura de um hotel bom com um custo beneficio bom e foi o que encontramos nesse hotel ... Tudo maravilhoso desde o quarto ate o cafe da manha... Em relação ao preços das diárias são muitos baratos pela região ! Voltaremos logo
Prós e contras
Hotel muito bom, atendimento ótimo porém tenho um ponto negativo que me aconteceu na semana da minha estadia. Na mesma semana que ficamos hospedados, tinha uma excursão de umas 40 pessoas; O problema maior foi na hora do café da manhã, não colocaram controle de limite para entrada, e todos queriam entrar ao mesmo tempo, formando uma fila enorme junto a recepção, não sobrava lugar para sentar, não dava tempo de ter reposição dos alimentos, pessoas furando a fila, desrespeitando os lugares ocupados nas mesas... Enfim, nessa parte achei que faltou um pouco de posicionamento da recepção em colocar um número máximo de pessoas entrando na sala do café da manhã. Fora isso, nada a reclamar do hotel!
