Great hotel, great breakfast!
The hotel was great, we loved the rooftop, the pool, breakfast had tons of selections, and staff was friendly. Was annoyed that we had to pay for ice at the bar, but for just a weekend it was perfect.
Great public area, poor rooms need better cleaning
The public areas are bright, modern and spacious The room was small by any standard, it smelt badly as the dress cushions had been contaminated with sweat. Once I threw them out of the room and opened the window the smell disappeared quickly. The bathrooms are great, modern with powerful shower. The room service is mediocre, so overall a mixed bag
The best hotel at Cabo Frio
the hotel is excellent for business, well cleaned, staff very friendly! Close to the beach, with rooftop pool, gym and games room. The place around is very busy in the summer! How sure will I come back more often to this hotel! I recommend!
Good hotel, poor cleaning.
Booked the hotel for a weekend. The room is good, nice bed, nice bathroom, very nice breakfast, nice pool. But on my arrival I noticed that the room was not clean. Hair all over the flor and then a suprise! Looking under the bed I found someone else's socks!!
The Service Was Excellent!
This review is about the service first and the property second. We stayed here after leaving Rio to do some local diving. It is a small hotel suited for this area. The rooms were clean, however very, very small by north american standards. Staff speak english and are very accommodating. I travel with a second wallet to keep a spare ID and cash in. I left it in the hotel room safe when we went back to Rio. The hotel tracked me down and delivered my wallet express post to the place I was staying at in Rio. I would give the staff 6 stars if it were available.
