Just got back from a 5 night stay. There were good and bad things from our stay. 1. The location is great. The marina is within walking distance. 2. Views of marina are lovely. A little noisy at times but I liked hearing the sea lions. 3. Service was just ok. Took a long time to get drinks at pool. Several times had to get out and get own. Never felt like workers were happy to have us there. 4. Housekeeping was hit or miss. Had to call for towels several times and some days they were there really late to make up room. 5. Food… well it’s an all inclusive. I never expect much and was glad the marina was so close. 6. Pools should be heated. It was cool and cloudy and no one was able to go in pools due to temperature. Overall it was just ok and truly was most disappointed in service and staff not being overly friendly. I would not stay here again if I go back.

Had the most amazing stay! Beautiful view, perfect location, Port right outside of resort. Also amazing staff!!! Mariano was our most favourite staff member there; he took amazing care of us the entire week! Definitely go back!

This hotel has the best location! Everything is walkable and nearby. The service is wonderful and they make you feel so special, every time I visit. The concierge, Michelle, will help you with every and anything you need during your stay. The party pool is filled with friendly faces, like Hector, Williams, Nely, Stephanie and Miguel, their entertainment will make sure you have the best time!

Overpriced for quality of resort

Overall the property is pretty good. It is getting run down, for example, the hooks in our rooms falling out of the wall, almost every bathroom door handle in the public washrooms were loose and falling off. Food is average to good but service is extremely slow due to staff shortages in the kitchens. The resort feels like one big bachelor/bachelorette party so if you are looking for a relaxing, quiet vacation, this is not the place for you. Rooms are beautiful and location is great but overall I feel this property should be 1/2 the cost that we paid.

Our breakfast at the Spoon Restaurant was amazing! They had a variety of good, fresh, hot food to choose from. We had an excellent server named Alexis! He made sure that we had everything that we needed promptly and very polite. We would definitely recommend to our friend.
