Fabulous Stay, First Class Service

Reviewed 20 january, 2022

The entire staff was incredible during my stay at the Nobu Hotel. They were attentive and quick to provide service when requested. The property is beautiful and has many different pool and room options. Perla, my personal concierge was amazing and helped me fulfill a number or requests with flying colors. Thank you Nobu Hotel!

Amazing Nobu Experience

Reviewed 18 january, 2022

My husband and I stayed at the Nobu Los Cabos last week. We had an amazing experience. I am picky and quite a hotel snob, and Nobu was considered top notch to me. The grounds are beautiful, clean, staff constantly cleaning. Rooms were spacious, clean, smelled good. Food & Drink: lots of seafood. We ate at the pool a few times which was great. Malibu Cafe for breakfast was fresh. Green juice was delicious. They offer you a complimentary shot of juice when you are seated, which was a nice touch. Nobu Restaurant for dinner was delicious. Top quality food. You didn’t have to worry about freshness of food. I will mention that food and drinks were pricey, but this hotel in general is pricey. So be ready to spend on food and drink. All prices are located on their menu located on their website so it should be no surprise. Pool: beautiful, clean, service was amazing! Water temp was perfect. Always someone cleaning, picking up towels, etc. Someone would come around throughout the day with small bites. Either a taste of guava smoothy, macaroon, tuna tartare. The main pool had a Dj from noon to 5. Dj wasn’t too loud, just perfect, good mix of music, not a party scene at all, a good balance. Location: location of resort is further from downtown. We did go to town twice. When we went to town we had our concierge arrange private transportation for us. I felt very safe. The drive is about 30 minutes one way which is not bad , it goes by fast. Definitely recommend Rosa Negra for dinner in San Jose. 30 min from the resort. We also went to Bagatelle which is in downtown Cabo. Also a cool experience, but pricey. We went on a 1 hour boat tour to the arch, which is perfect. We did that during the day. I would go eat lunch at the office or mango. Cool experience, lunch on the sand, then go take a boat tour. There are ppl in the boats docked or you can buy tickets online, but those boats are docked in the marina, which is a separate area. We had our boat tour guide drop us off at the office for lunch after the tour, which was cool. Beware of ppl in the beach trying to sell you items. It was constant and literally throughout our whole lunch. Concierge: you are assigned a personal concierge when you arrive to the resort. Martha was ours and she was amazing! I recommend downloading WhatsApp you can text her throughout the day and evening with any requests. We needed a few items from the gift shop she was able to deliver to us. We also needed an adjustment in time for transportation while we were at dinner and she was able to make that happen to. She is ready to serve you with any request, she was amazing! Thank you Martha! Beach: the beach is not meant to swim in. There is a large sand area to walk to the actual water. The view is beautiful. We did get a cabana on the sand for a few hours to enjoy the view, with pool service, but I never walked to the actual water. Overall, amazing experience. I would recommend to everyone who is not on a budget and is looking for a beautiful getaway where you will be getting spoiled. Also, I don’t recommend this resort for families with younger kids. I feel like they will get bored easily. There aren’t many activities for them. I would recommend somewhere near medano beach for kids or an all inclusive. This resort is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you Nobu!

10 out of 10.

The hotel was exquisite. Food was outstanding. The staff were incredible. The price point was more affordable than the other luxury hotels in Cabo. The first thing I saw when I sat down at the infiniti pool were the whales breaching out in the ocean. This was the perfect getaway. 10 out of 10 all around.

Beautiful hotel, great food, and great service

Reviewed 14 january, 2022

Our family stayed at Nobu Hotel over Christmas - it was lovely. Our rooms were beautiful and had pools in the back patio area, which our kids loved. Japanese soaking tub in the bathroom - excellent touch! Abel, our personal concierge, took great care of us, from making restaurant reservations, to arranging transportation and sending helpful info regarding covid testing for our trip back to the US. We chatted via text, which was nice given the resort is so spread out. He was basically always available, which is a nice touch! I remember I texted him once at night, not realizing his shift was over. He responded timely and followed up the next morning (I was horrified I had contacted him after hours though)! The hotel itself has several pool areas. I didn’t personally love the main pool because there was a DJ spinning in the afternoons but if that’s your vibe, you will enjoy it. Felt more like Vegas than I wanted it to. I prefer quiet rest and relaxation! The spa was wonderful, and we virtually had it to ourselves. Massages were great! The restaurants were great, and food was delicious. Nobu was our clear favorite (pricey but worth it). The steakhouse felt unnecessarily expensive, but what are you going to do - you are paying hotel prices. I’d recommend taking a car to downtown Cabo for excellent food and a much more reasonable cost. Overall, great spot for a family vacay!

Amazing Service

This was my first trip to Cabo And upon arrival to Nobu we were swept up into a different dimension. The pristine ground, gorgeous architecture and beautiful views were mesmerizing. We were assigned a personal ambassador, Perla Vincaino, who took us on a brief tour of the grounds and gave us the rundown on all of the restaurants, spa services and activities. Perla was at our service for any and all needs while we were there. She made our trip by getting us our dinner and spa reservations and even helped us arrange our ride back to the airport. The service was by far, one of the best experiences I’ve had and I’ve stayed at some of the top hotels in the world. Everywhere we went the staff were so friendly and helpful, the cleanliness and attention to our safety during the pandemic was unrivaled. Perla made our experience one to remember and we’ll definitely be back very soon!!
