Just a night away
Was exactly to my liking and the staff was amazing the beds were so comfy I had to try not to fall asleep and they accommodated my dog which was the best part because he means everything to me thank you
Excellent
I checked in tired and ready for a good nights rest. My front desk agent was Anne kind person. Helpful i appreciate her time and patience. Been on the road for about 2 weeks, its always nice having friendly polite and helpful people when checking in!
Tired Staff
I called the hotel to confirm a cancellation of my booking due to travel restrictions and changes. The staff that answered the phone was a filipino and was not pleasant throughout the conversation. He was sighing and I can tell he was tired and not happy. We all are. We have days like that but please be professional about handling your job especially when talking to customers on the phone.
awful stay
mirror fell off the wall when walking, by nothing was comfy and the breakfast in bed was nasty and the muffins weren’t cooked all the way, my whole family didn’t have a good stay nothing about this place is good 0/10
A quick visit
I had the chance to stay here as a part of my father's day surprise this year. The room was a good size and very nice with a king size bed, mini fridge and a desk to work on. The ensuite bathroom was also great. It was very spacious and comfortable although I didn't use the shower to check it out. The hotel was clean, nice and the staff was friendly. The hotel is located very close to downtown right next to a train station. It's also very close to the stampede grounds and is a 5 minute drive to chinook mall. During check in and check out the staff was courteous friendly and professional, keeping the process pretty stress free. I would absolutely stay here again.
