Mixed experienced, location and price was good, Service was awful
The hotel, employees and facilities are very good. Suite 312 does not work on air conditioning equipment. We reported several times but they never repaired it. It was hard to sleep with the heat in that area of the city. Too bad since we have family that lives near the hotel and really wanted to have this hotel as a base in Cali. But I'll never go again, I staid in this hotel because they advertised they had A/C and I couldn't sleep from the unbearable heat
Hospedaje nuevo pero sin parqueadero
El lugar es nuevo y muy agradable, el personal de la recepción no es muy amable, en la página ofrecen parqueadero pero no cuenta con uno, en la parte de atrás hay una bahía pero el lugar es muy oscuro y no da ninguna seguridad, el desayuno está bien te ofrecen fruta, jugo de naranja, café o chocolate, huevos al gusto arepa y queso.
