What a nasty staff!!! All tbey want is money!!! They have no interest in hospitality or your stay simply money!!!

They are not reasonable nor logical. They have one rule stay cold and not inviting! They dont care for their customer they would even walk you out. They all lie!!! I was very disappoointed we traveled all day with masks and couldnt wait to get to the resort to relax and eat instead the people behind the desk were simply ignorant and icy. Refused to check us in simply by a mistake made on the names and rooms!!!! Its been 2 hours now we have children and teen all hungry tired and aggravated. Yet they didnt give a hoot

Great resort for the right person

We spent 7 days in a preferred Ocean front with a balcony. We really enjoyed our time there. Everything was kept very clean, the staff was excellent about Covid-19 safety protocols. The beach and ocean is stunning, chairs were plentiful and food was very good. The staff was excellent, especially Bruno, Concierge, Ivan & Marianne, pool activities and Alberto & Humberto at the buffet, They went up and above to make us feel welcome and special. The only reason I say this resort is for the right person is I would consider this a budget Resort and those looking for a more fancy resort will not find it here. We loved it and would consider returning. Oh, the crepes were the best, ate them every day.

It was certainly nice to get away from the normal routine and find sun, surf and service in a safe environment! Appreciated the staff at Dream Sands so much - for all they put up with in safety protocols and still exemplary service. Well done!

Dreams was a dream

The hotel had many COVID safety protocols in place. They even sanitized your luggage before taking it to your room. Everything was nice and clean. Everyone wore masks. Oscar checked me in with ease. I thoroughly enjoyed the Olio patio restaurant - ask for Felipe, he was an awesome waiter. The jerk chicken over mashed potatoes was delightful. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Loved my stay there.

Andrea in concierge is super friendly and helpful. We had a larger group and was accommodating on all our reservations. Jennifer and Ivan were great on the entertainment team and had lot of fun activities for everyone of all different ages in our group. Alfonso greeted us and informed us of all our options at the restaurant, spa, and was a friendly face over our whole trip! Lastly, Blanca and Liz gave great massages. They were very professional and made the entire spa treatment relaxing and enjoyable.
