Great place to stay! Rooms are amazing! Food is excellent! The help are very friendly and work hard to please! Dining staff, Lidia, Juan, Arturo, Irving, Veronica, Julio Raymondo, Berenice were all awesome 😎 Maid service was great, thanks to Nancy! Highly recommended by us!!!!
COVID BREAK
beautiful resort beautifully located the staff aims to please very amicable and love to go the extra mile, the grounds are well kept clean and properly sanitized thru this pandemic. but there were some issues such as there was no Buffett for dinner which was really a bummer, we had to go to their restaurants every night which was a bit troublesome since you had to dress for dinner, being on vacation one doesn't want to get dressed and should relax. Let's start with the "BLUEFIN GRILL" food was not top tier. portions were minimal and food was tepid at best. Portofino their Italian food was not even close to being Italian once again portions and what was on the menu, not what's to be expected coming from NYC where Italian food is the best. Their best food was LUCRECIA Mexican grill where the food was excellent and they spared no expense. I must also comment on drinks which for the top tier didn't measure up the drinks were super watered down. On several occasions, they had to be returned in order to get the right taste but what made it super pleasant was the staff people like ERIK, JESSICA, HENRY, SAHID, OCSCAR AVEMAR these guys went above and beyond making it pleasant. The long presentations trying to sell you a club membership for 50k with these inconsistencies tell me that once this place loses its luster you will be disappointed if they can't get these things updated food and drinks are what makes all-inclusive appealing and if you're not going to provide us these things then it won't be appealing for returns
Great hotel
The staff and food are most excellent. Erika Jimenez was our house keeper and she went above an beyond with the little extras everyday. We had Chef Hector make us two delicious meals at the rooftop restaurant and the steak was one of the best I’ve ever had. Sahid set up our umbrella for us every morning at the beach and the bartenders all remember your name and order. Will be back to this hotel again. Love it.

i liked this hotel pool is huge service was great , rooms were very clean , i paid for a room with pool and they dis not have one available for me but they gave me with with a very small jacuzzi but is was ok all rooms have ocean view my mom was in a corner suite and her view was amazing food is ok the resort does not have beach i

This is an incredible resort! Highly recommend. When booking this resort we worked with Pete Monfre of Midwest Travel Club - which helped make this seamless from beginning to end. I HIGHLY recommend using him for your travel needs! At the resort the entire staff was attentive, friendly and extremely accommodating. Our room was INCREDIBLE. We were in a Preferred Master Suite - totally worth it! The resort is large enough to offer many different things but small enough that it feels homey and welcoming. I can’t say enough about our experience. Top notch. P.S. Carlos in the preferred club lounge makes it worth the upgrade!!
