Great evening!
We just had the nicest dinner. Our server, Geronimo, was just a delight. He was practicing his English, as I was practicing my Spanish. He was a very attentive waiter, and I would highly recommended going just to meet such a sweet and delightful young man. Our last night was also really fun. Agustin Rivero was our waiter, captain was Javier, and cooks Luis and Edgar spoiled us!

The service at the Flamingo was amazing! They were always willing to go out of their way to help. The staff were very kind and gracious, especially the staff at the Albertros, the restaurant on the ocean. Israel Zapata, Salatiel & Carolina always remembered my family’s names, greeted us with joy, & served us beyond our expectations!!! Thank you to all the staff so much, you were wonderful!!
Amazing!
I was at Flamingo from march 14 - 19, 2021 and I really enjoyed my experience. Loved the employes, especially those from La Fuente and Albatros restaurants (Gabriela, Servideo, Carolina, Jaqueline, Benjamin and Abraham hugs from Brasil). The food is excellent and the beach view is fascinating. I'd certainly recomend this hotel and of course plan to visit it again,

After reading what some people wrote in reviews.. this place blew me AWAY! Absolutely the best island vacation I’ve ever had. Between the pools, ocean view, and services of all the staff, I will never stay anywhere else! This is an island oasis and I’m so excited to return with my friends and family! Rafael and Mayra went above and BEYOND for us to ensure our stay was perfect! If you’re thinking of booking this, do it!
NIGHTMARE IN CANCUN
The worst experience in México... Long time checking-in , No WIFI, WORST FOOD, EXPENSIVE, VERY rude staff (specially GABRIELA), not recommended at all...MY BIGGEST MISTAKE !!!! There re many better resorts in CANCUN...
