Hard Rock Hotel Cancun

We had a very good experience with this hotel and most because of Chris Concierge he was so kind to us and helpful and of course also Itzel from recepcion . Chris is one the most kindest person we met in here in our vacation in Mexico. Thank you so much Sara and Tobias :)

Where do I even begin... I had two rooms during the time period of dec 2019 - jan 2021 . I booked to celebrate my daughters birthday but it was essentially the worst experience we've ever had. We got food poisoning from one of the restaurants , the wait staff caused my daughter to sprang her ankle from rushing into her on the steps coming into the lobby area and then to top it off the rooms had bugs. Ugh we love the hard rock and that's why we chose to stay at a familiar resort while on our stay in Cancun. However this experience is vastly different than any other time we've stayed at a hard rock. I tried to speak to a supervisor several times but no one would speak to me or follow up as they said they would contact me later as they were busy with other guest. We had to leave on my daughter actual birthday to go to the hospital due to the food poison that happened.

HR Cancun is a great place to come, especially if you like to walk around 'town'. Unlikely HR Rivera Maya, Los Cabos & Punta Cuna which are miles away from anything and cost a fortune for a taxi. The bus system is right outside and you can ride anywhere into Cancun for a $1 US. Deanna from concierge, Alverco (spelled wrong, sorry) from front desk gave wonderful advice to points of interest and an authentic Mayan food to eat at. Carmen did a wonderful show of fire drinks by her little cart (hubby also liked the drink). The entire hotel is clean, so if you are a worrier with this covid you will feel safe here. Mask and hand sanitizer EVERYWHERE. The beach front is CLEAN, unlike HR Punta Cuna. There is more then enough lounge chairs and umbrellas. The waves were a little rough at first, but it had stormed, after that the waves calmed down and saw small kids playing in them. Room was great, balcony was scary. We were on 12th floor and that little ledge wasn't spacey. The Marketplace was surprisingly the best place to eat. We normally don't go there, but the first day (cause you need a reservation for the others). WOW! Again Marketplace had amazing food, the servers were so nice. We were not impressed with Ipanema and Ciao, food was okay, and servers took FOREVER to take order & bring food. Plan at least a hour and a half to be there. With those experiences we chose not to go to others, but eat at Marketplace (mussels were so yummy, never had before). !!!BRING PESOS FROM YOUR BANK BEFORE YOU COME!!! You will NOT get a fair exchange while out on the economy. We gather that we were forced to overpay at least $20 during whole trip. We went to Negro Market (that was a long walk from hotel, but we do that type of thing). By bus Market 28, Walmart, Emara Mayan Restaurant (yummy), Mayan Ruins outside of town. Rented car and explored Tulum, Casa Tortuga, Tulum Ruins. Get out and visit Mexico, it's so beautiful!

It's an Amazing Restaurant with a team ready to serve with hapiness! This is the best restaurant of Hard Rock Cancún, with a delicious italian food. They have good deserts too (I recommend pistachio). Satisfasction guaranteed!

Best hotel in Cancun! Everyone was so nice and everything was clean and safe. Took very good precautions and made sure you were taken care of! Carlos, Alexis, Lola, and Manolo in The Market restaurant were the best and took really great care of us. In the Asian Tapanyaki Jonas also did a great job. Beside the pool bar Vicente was always on top of everyone making sure they were abiding the rules and served us great drinks! In the Ciao restaurant Daniel and Lucas really made sure we had everything we needed and never failed to come by our table to check on us. The food was amazing and a lot of variety. 10/10 would recommend Hard Rock Hotel to anyone for the best All-Inclusive experience.
