Wonderful resort, fabulous service!
Very well kept and clean resort, and all staff members did a great job making sure that every precaution possible was taken to help us all stay safe and well. The service was outstanding, especially from Luis, Willberth, William, Pepe, Augustin, Ernesto, Alberto, Alfredo, Efrain, Sandra, Javier and the other William! Would highly recommend.
If you have low standards
This place was awful. I never leave reviews but I gotta Karen out on this one. The beds were rock hard and uncomfortable. Power went out one night for about 4 hours with no explanation or apology. The drinks were so bad we barely even had any. It wasn’t the bartender’s fault, the liquor they had tastes funny. Service is slow because they are way understaffed. They don’t tell you that you need dinner reservations because the buffet is closed so I saw many large parties out of luck because they didn’t have space. The WiFi bumps you off every few minutes but they want you to use their app for menus, schedules, etc. We chatted with other “adults” and they all shared our opinion. If you’re a college kid with low standards you’d probably love it, that seemed to be most of the guests there.
Weekend get away!!
This was a wonderful place to go!! The people were very caring and took wonderful care of us. I asked for a bottle of water - they brought me 4!! Clean, Safe, great food, and beautiful beach. The only reason I give them a 4 and not a 5 is because the pool was not heated, in January - you need a heated pool.
Very good Beach Hotel!
Specious, clean beach hotel. Good AC, hot-water, comfortable bed. Limited English channels. Friendly hard working staff. They make sure this property clean and safe during this Covid time, enough hand sanitizers, safe distances beach chairs. Variety of food in the buffet with vegetarian options daily! Enough items in the free mini-bar in the room. Some may find noise from party boats park nearby too much to sleep.

Hotel/resort maybe is 4-5 star; However rooms are 2 star; changed rooms twice, because the 1st room was in front of major roadway with a lot of traffic noise, the 2nd room was not maintained properly ;ie: toilet bowl had a dirt ring around the bowl,2-3 pin holes in curtains, shade around lamp very loose, 2-3 plug ins for cel phones did not work,showers’ floor felt kind of dingy?,light bulb in center of fan was not working,mirror bracket fitting (very loose) ALL the staff were AWESOME!! Rooms are questionable! For maintenance??
