Room was good but not the best, Service is excellent, Elvia at the lobby bar and coffe bar did an excellent service, Manases, Cristhian, Pedro and Carlos did an excellent service at the different restaurants throughout the week, Thank YOU!

Hotel is nice and relaxing. Beds are small not queens. So not the best rest. Service is excellent. The employees make it a great experience considering there isn't much excitement at the hotel. Yasmin was our beach bar tender and was so sweet and always had a smile on her face. The drinks where always flowing. Ivan was excellent in recommending food and he always knew the best dishes his customer service was outstanding. Antonio at the lobby bar was so nice and made the best drinks and he sang to us while making them too! Angelica was our best housekeeper. David ,Orlando, Gustavo and Victor also went above and beyond during our stay. So if you want to relax and get away this is a nice hotel.

Da Vinci Restaurant service is AMAZING

After sampling all the restaurants Omni Cancún has to offer I can undoubtedly say that the Da Vinci restaurant is the best. Not only does it have the most expansive menu for vegetarians and seafood but also the best servers. Discussions with restaurant staff including Miguel, Ivan and Rigoberto were nothing but pleasant. I’ve never met such kind staff at a restaurant before! The experience was so great that my wife and I decided that we would only eat dinner here during our weeklong stay at Omni! If you stay at Omni and don’t visit the Da Vinci, your experience would be incomplete!

Omni Cancun has been such a wonderful vacation! All the staff was so kind and this resort has been doing a great job taking care of us this week that we are staying here. Miguel at La Paloma was an amazing and attentive server. He kept our group happy and was such a good member of our party tonight!

this was one of my best vacation for me and my wife at the cancun omni resort,the hotel was clean,the services was great,the food was excellent,special thanks to the GM Mr Adrian Ibarra who went out of his way to make us feel at home a very nice guy and a good friend,and to the operational manager Miss Los Morales such fine lady was very helpful,and to the rest the managers:CEASAR LEWIS,AIDEN,MIGUEL and the bartenders:WILLEBERTH,ORLANDO,FRANCISCO,THOMAS,MARTEEN,GERARDO, ASTOBAN,ELEVIA and David at the beach and VICTOR at the Pinacolada.all and all very nice hotel charming and hard working people,to you all from me and my wife thank you,
