The building is typical of the 19th century. It is set in a garden of more than 800 square meters. The hotel is in the heart of the city a 7 min walk from Cannes train station. Everything is accessible, the Croisette at 6 min and the Palais des Festivals at 9 minutes. The breakfast room was also remodeled in 2017. It is large, with a high ceiling, typical of the VILLAS of the 19th century of the Coast. It is extremely luminous, its many windows bathed in light. A large fireplace sits at the bottom. Beautiful villa run by very kind and extremely helpful owner and staff. Rooms are nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is of high quality. It’s well situated in Cannes and all the places one would like to see are in walking distance. The owner knows, recommends and even books for you at quality places that make a trip special. Among them, the restaurant called UVA that he recommended was especially very good. So if you happen to be in Cannes, make sure you stay at Villa Claudia and eat at UVA.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Claudia. Christophe and his team are really friendly hosts. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are nice and the hotel is located very close to the centre and the beach. Perfect for us! Thank you, Christophe!

Our whole experience at Villa Claudia was fantastic from start to finish. The hosts made us feel so welcome, and took time to chat with us every day during breakfast. The room was comfortable, clean, and it overlooked the hotel's courtyard. The villa is located just slightly outside of Cannes city centre, with just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. I would reccomend this place to everyone I know, and can't praise it enough Christophe and Claudia are brilliant, (and the little cat that wanders the courtyard is too!)

What a disappointment for our 1st stay in Cannes and surely our last stay in this hotel, full parking and impossible to find a place in the neighborhood but 30 minutes walk, small cramped room and dubious housekeeping, we had found a used kleenex under the bed, we had been too hot, the air conditioning was not powerful enough
Easy and well priced in Cannes

Reasonably priced small BnB near all the sights in Cannes. Hotel has parking on site, be sure to reserve in advance as it is limited. The owner was very friendly and helpful, nice garden to relax or have breakfast as well. Only one note - check which room you are reserving as there is a range of levels. We stayed in the basement which was small but fine for 1 night; however if you stay longer it would be better to book a superior room.
