Would recommend for anyone! Cleanliness was top notch and we felt at home while we were there. Price wasn’t bad at all either! Many amenities around the hotel for shopping and eating. Fat Head Brewery is so close and the food and drinks were amazing!
Comfortable, clean, nice staff and great breakfast

We stayed because the hotel next door (where we were scheduled to stay the next night) was full and we arrived a day early. The front desk staff said they had a room and they offered a suite for a $10 up charge (possibly because I'm a Hilton Honors member). The staff was friendly and helpful, the suite was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was really good.
Always, always a great stay!

We have stay at many hotels and inns through the years. We now just stay at Hampton Inn’s. Quality rooms clean and fresh with great beds! We think they are a great value also. The staff is always accommodating well trained and actually make you feel like they are happy to see you!
Nice place to rest

Very nice and convenient Hampton Inn & Suites. Took very nice care of our family of 4 in 2 rooms. Quiet rooms with basic comforts and conveniences. Front desk engaging and hospitable. Free wifi and parking.
I miss Housekeeping!

I was in Canton for a high-school reunion and stayed at the Hampton for 4 nights. The desk clerk noted that I’d reserved a room with no refrigerator or microwave and asked if I wanted to switch. Absolutely! I was glad she noticed that but surprised that there were any rooms lacking a refrigerator. I thought that was standard. A microwave is available in the lobby. She also said that due to labor shortages, housekeeping was only on request. (A sign in the elevator conformed that they were experiencing labor and supply shortages and thanked us for our understanding and for being considerate of their employees.) Two days into the stay, I requested housekeeping. It turned out that no one will enter your room, period. Supplies (coffee packets, towels, etc.) are available at the front desk. If your trash cans are full, you can put your bags of trash out in the hall. I kept a plastic bag for that purpose and periodically emptied it in the trash can downstairs. The gym was well-equipped and someone entered twice to clean parts of it while I was there. Indoor pool was L-shaped and too small for swimming laps but fine for kids splashing around. Despite the warnings about supply shortages, breakfast was pretty much pre-COVID quality and quantity. The breakfast area was very popular Saturday and Sunday mornings and on Saturday there was a bit of a line for coffee and then a longer wait when both containers had to be refilled. I made more in my room! The hotel is in a VERY built-up area but that means just about anything you want is only a mile or two away, and it’s a short drive from the airport. A few things I would like to see the Hilton chain improve- applicable to most of the Hiltons I’ve visited: Provide a Recyclables bin even if it’s just one in the lobby. I threw out a lot of plastic, which happens when I travel. Resolve the Digital Key issue, which I encounter at many Hilton properties. More often than not, mine won’t activate until I check in at the desk (even though I checked on on-line the day before). I end up waiting to check in anyway. After many years of traveling on business, I achieved Diamond status for the first time (thanks to relaxed standards) and was a bit disappointed to find that pretty much anyone can park in the Diamond spaces. No hotel has ever asked for my license plate number so apparently there are no consequences to parking there if you’re not Diamond.
