Cheaply renovated hotel…don’t waste your money

Paid almost $200 for one night for the jacuzzi tub room and it was gross. The jacuzzi tub was Not clean and there was mold in the shower. Paid for something I didn’t even use. Creepy feel to the hotel like you were going to see the kids from the Shining in the hallway…yikes

Very good and clean hotel. Great staff. Very accommodating. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds and very nice amenities in the room. All worked and the suite had tons of cupboard space and temp control was very accurate. The vents are cleaned obviously as i checked haha Would reccomemend. Also the location is excellent. And the price was super affordable.

The price is much better than the hotels a little closer to the race...and, race organizers have a shuttle only a couple miles away with lots of parking. This location worked out much better and I'm glad to have saved so much money.

EXCELLENT HOTEL!!

When I hit a "rough patch" in my life, I had to stay at the Ramada Inn the End of March and into April, 2022. The Staff and Managers helped make my stay at *Pleasant* and *Comfortable* as possible! I got the MOST *Peaceful* night's rest, EVER; And, the Staff was Very *HELPFUL* and *FRIENDLY*!! For anyone coming through the area, I would HIGHLY *Recommend* staying here, because they really *KNOW* how to take care of You here!! 👏❤️👏❤️

Website portrays a much better place than in reality

Pool was closed down, never mentions that on the website. Was scolded by the desk worker on our first night when we tried to phone to request a remote control for our tv in our room. There was no dial or ring tone on our room phone so we were not sure we were getting through to anyone at the front desk, after a few tries with no answer, and again no ring tone/dial tone to our phone, we used our cell phone to call the front desk to which the gentleman scolded us for making several calls to the front desk. Once we informed him there was no ring tone and/or dial tone and obviously he did not answer the desk phone, we were unsure our calls were getting through. His only comment was "I'm the only one here", okay so then told us to come down in 5 minutes to the front desk and he would have a remote for us. My husband waited 5 minutes, went to the desk and he did not even remember we needed a remote so then proceeded to go from room to room finding us a remote. My husband did voice our displeasure about the pool being closed and that it should have been noted on their website that it was closed and not part of the hotel's amenities, to which again his answer was only, "I'm the only one here".
