Very disappointed in stay at Residence Inn at Marriott, for the money we paid to stay in a suite. The bed sheets smelled like someone had already sleep on them, breakfast was eggs, and two other choices. Awful! I understand because of covid, but the staff had no masks on. No ketsup for the eggs. No excuse! And to top it off, charged $ 10.00 for parking every night. We stayed to nights. I have stayed at hotels that let you leave your car for 5 days for free while you flew to your destination and back. I will not recommend for anyone to stay here.

I decided to use point so I purchased a Marriott gift card. I was having issues booking my room online so Marriott corporate said to use my credit card for a hold and that I could use the gift card when I arrived. Well that didn't happen and my credit card was charged instead. I spoke with Teresa (the manager) and she was so polite and reversed the credit card charge and allowed me to use my gift card. Dealing with someone who was polite and happy to help is something I don't see happen very often in the hospitality much more. I will be back! M.

Originally planned to use Marriott point but the regular rate was great - so was the location. 3 minute walk via private path to the beach. King room with balcony was awesome and comfortable. Our 9 yr old daughter slept in the pullout chair ( had to request linens for it). The only odd 5ing Bout the room was that it was on the corner and the layout was a bit odd. The king bedroom didn’t have en-suite - you had to walk out the bedroom door and entirely around counter with sink and micro to the backside of the bedroom for the bathroom. Residence inns usually have the bath right off the bedroom. We loved the moon man in the lobby as well as the pool. The bar and staff were excellent, as was the check in staff. Bring quarters if you want to do laundry. Not cheap but convenient. Soap was included.

Great Pre Cruise stay

The hotel is close to the cruise terminal and near the Indian river. A short drive to the ocean as well. The stay was lovely and the hotel felt clean. It seems like it was renovated in the last few years. Front desk was very nice and breakfast was decent. The pool, hot tub and firepit were amazing. Our family had a great stay before heading on our cruise.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Clean (very Covid compliant)!great outdoor gathering area (we were a group going on a cruise) and it’s plenty of room for social distancing. Excellent morning breakfast buffet, easy checkin and check out. Convenient to drop off of one way van from Orlando International Airport (car rental next door) and convenient shuttle service to the cruise terminal. The perfect start to a cruise vacation … Residence in by Marriott family suite with balcony! Cruise Aboard Carnival Magic® An Experience Of A Lifetime. Enjoyed Great Deals On our room and plenty of space for other companions in our group. Will certainly use again for our Next Vacation when we sail on MSC MSC Divina we’ve already booked for this next stay and we’re feeling we have found one of the closest (cruise ships Kennedy Space Center Canaveral Excursions and most hospitable hotels to book. Signature Dining is nearby at Salt which is at the Hilton our alternate hotel if this hotel is full! One of the top choices for Cocoa Beach dining, Salt Restaurant & Lounge allows you to immerse yourself in a comfortable, tropical atmosphere. Further away in Cocoa Beach (but allows for a stop at the Surf shop ) the restaurant features a thoughtful menu of fresh, modern American cuisine, including freshly caught seafood. Open for breakfast and dinner. Endless Fun. Live Music & they had a private party for us . Exciting we will be back!!
