What a dump!

This place was such a disappointment. After one night we booked accomodation elsewhere. The place is very run down. Photos are deceptive. Rooms were very noisy from both inside and out. Avoid at all costs. Such a terrible experience.

Basico! Basic! Not 3 star hotel

This def is not a 3 star hotel... mayb a motel yes, but it is basic and run down. Hotel needs some care in all aspects, and def a exterminator. I will use it as last resort but if not will not return. Sorry!

Argentina has grown a big deal on hospitality and particularly Mendoza in tourism, however, the employees in this hotel completely missed the class on service. They don't seem to be thinking entities. Very disappointing.. it does not reflect the country.

Terrible, expensive, not worth. Photos look great but they're very misleading. The elevators weren't working, they had to move us around because the air conditioner. Had understood a certain price but they made us pay for two rooms. Staff are nice and friendly, its not their fault management actually doesn't care.

We found a room for the four of us... two kids -twin beds, us-double bed. It was tight but amageable. All hotels that we've stayed in in Argentina seem to have a bidet in the bathroom which we see as a waste of space as it takes up as much room in the bathroom as the toilet. Who uses a bidet nowadays? The hotel is old and yes, in need of renovation. Well located. The breakfast was why We would rate it more than a three. It was good value for the price, clean and had everything we needed.
