Such a cozy hotel. Lobby was decorated so nice for Christmas- felt like home. Very clean. Looks to be a new property. Breakfast was yummy. We had eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy. Yogurt & juice. Super quiet during our stay on the 4th floor. Would highly recommend.

A great place to stay in Carlsbad. It is clean and has a friendly staff. There’s full breakfast, and the whole lobby area was decorated so nicely for the holidays. The front desk was so pleasant and even gave my kids goodie bags at check in. We’d definitely stay there again.

This hotel was one of the best places we have stayed in since post pandemic. The property was clean, festive, and well maintained. The manager did a beautiful job decorating the main lobby and dining area with colorful fall decor. This hotel even provided popcorn and free cookies. They also provided free mints and complementary coffee 24/7. The staff was friendly, helpful, and hard-working. The cleaning staff did an exceptionally good job cleaning our room and attending to it daily. The kitchen staff work diligently to provide a delicious, full breakfast. The breakfast was robust , especially because it was a free breakfast offering. The beds were comfortable, the shower was relaxing, and the property was quiet and peaceful. It actually felt warm, cozy, and homey. If I were to return to Carlsbad, I would definitely stay here. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Affordable, clean, well-maintained, and awesome staff. What more do you want? This is an outstanding property!

We stayed for an overnight while visiting Carlsbad Caverns. Clean, quiet and comfortable with ample parking. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was reasonably priced. It was not close or rather walking distance to downtown but we had a car and I suspect most would so that was not an issue.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Carlsbad Caverns. This hotel is FANTASTIC! Check in was easy and friendly, our room was extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed in 208 and it had a huge walk in shower with glass door and great water pressure. Breakfast was eggs, bacon ,sausage, waffles, pastries, biscuits, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, toppings for yogurt or oatmeal of granola, almonds, and cranberries. Coffee was available 24 hours in the lobby with cookies and milk offered in the evenings. Every employee we encountered was helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.
