Called and made a reservation at no time was I told a 100.00 dollar security deposit would be charged not even at check in. I found out when an alert came across my phone. Room phone didn't work so I had to walk from the back to the front to find out about the charge. The full hot breakfast was prepackaged muffins. No coffee the machine was broke. No juices guess they forgot to make a grocery run. Couldn't get my receipt as they were making the nonexistent hot breakfast and no one could come to the desk. If they're going to charge a damage deposit they should at least fix damage done by previous occupants.

shortly after check in we discovered cockroaches in our room. upon speaking to the front desk they offered to send maintenance up, he showed up over an hour later with no spray or anything. I asked him if roaches were common there his response was"we just took this hotel over (which is false this page shows atleast 2019) good thing you didn't stay at the one across town is way worse. we grabbed the kids and left both rooms, inevitably wasting two rooms since we couldn't stay in them. customer service offered "points" as compensation then hasn't responded in 4 days. never again. sharing reviews across all platforms

The woman at checkout was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. The corners of the bathroom could have been cleaner. We were told there was a cold breakfast, but when we tried the door at 6:45, it was locked. I rang the doorbell, but no one answered. It was raining and there was no way to get to the lobby without getting wet. Would not stay there again.

My Husband and I had a job in Cartersville, so we decided to stay at this Quality inn, first, they are obviously in the process of changing names TO Quality, it looks like it used to be a motel 6, the outside is hideous and looks and feels unsafe with people hanging outside around the rooms. We stayed in room 141 and it has been remodeled, the bed was a little uncomfortable, despite being newer. The ac blows cold, there was NO toilet paper holder in the bathroom, there was a used, dirty wash cloth left on top of the shower rod, the wood floors are filthy, you can see my sock in pics. They did some nice upgrades to the rooms, but they need to work on the outside. If you are a female traveling alone, I would NOT recommend staying here, it was very sketchy and didn't feel safe to me. I would only stay here again if my husband is with me.

Our home recd lightning damage on 17th,taking out our A/C unit,so we needed a hotel asap and close to our home because of contractors needing to get in. Our Quality Inn was a find at $80 inc taxes. We paid for 2 nights on checking in. The room looked great, redone, great bed, good linens, up graded floors.Good tv,sofa, chair, lamps. We were exhausted and the room was cool on a 95 degree day. We slept great, started dressing after showering, walking around on the solid vinyl and ceramic floors. Our socks were filthy. We told the front desk we needed someone to mop and clean our floors. A maid came in swept ,dust mopped, and left.We had to make runs to our home all day. Picked up dinner and went back to our room. No linens had been left in our room, and my husband grabbed a white hand towel, dampened it,and swiped it across our floor. It was black, not just grey, it was black. We were told, because of C-19,the maids couldn't come in,and we'd have to come to the desk for linens, and she knew zilch about wet mopping being done. We talked to the manager early this morning, was assured, floors would be cleaned. They had 70% of this day, that we were not here. It had to cost megabucks,to redo these rooms, and refurnish them, only to undo the greatness, with totally incompetent housekeepers. The front desk says the maid was new, bull. Who trained her?Manager needs training also. You do not tell a customer something, and not follow up on it. This room would be great,if it was clean. PS: they have only coffee,no breakfast,we weren't told that on check in,just like the do it yourself linen Pick up. Amazing that the maids can clean a toilet, sink, tubshower, and can't clean 2 of the easiest floors on the market, solid vinyl and ceramic. The pool was busy, hopefully parents checked the water first. The TV reception is snowy and sparkles, but the sound is good.
