To much noise
It was good up until the people in the next room which it sounded like about 7 or 8 people partying laughing super loud constantly also when we went into the hall there was a strong smell of pot in the air. I would not be surprised if the maid walked into that room and found it trashed. If it was not for that I would have given a higher review. They should have been kicked out because we did mention it upon leaving.
Friendliest Hotel on Earth
From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew this place was going to be different. Every single staff member greeted me my entire stay, and it wasn't the perfunctory "how are you", it was an honest look-you-in-the-eyes greeting. The manager was on top of everything- he was always taking care of something whether it was a napkin on the floor or a major issue with a room. I don't understand a previous reviewer comments on sausage, stains, and no water. I didn't notice the sausage- Springhill Suites has a pretty standard array of breakfast items, and if anything, this one had more. The scones were awesome!! I didn't see any stains, but I was mesmerized by the fireplace, so I wasn't looking at sofas. And there's a large water urn next to the coffee. It even had fresh fruit in it. Additional to coffee, there were tea bags and packets of cocoa. AND....there were two different stations to get all of these. My only complaint about food was the cart of snacks and drinks put out at nighttime. Typically Marriott has complimentary events (appetizers to full meals) during certain week nights. So when I was picking a soda off the cart, I was shocked to see the small print stating to "pay at the desk". Wow, that could have been embarrassing had I not seen that... The rooms were great. Very early morning (2-4am) there was a loud intermittent beeping outside (possibly a back-up alarm) that woke me up. I overheard someone telling the manager about it, and ironically that morning I hadn't heard it, so whatever causes it must not be sedentary. Otherwise there were zero problems with the large, clean, and well-equipped room. I opted for the Skip Housekeeping option, but it wasn't noted on my bill. And I don't think the desk clerk understood I had requested the extra points. But that's something I will take up with corporate. This isn't the first hotel that hasn't honored that program.
If you love Sausage.....
My coworker and I have been here 5 days due to working out of town. They served sausage 5 days consecutive. No end in site for Sausage. It was nasty. Rooms are right at $200 a night. Can they not afford Bacon or anything else. The Sausage is nasty from Vegeterian to Turkey Sausage. Beds are hard, Sofa is nasty with stains. No courtesy water. With the room being so expensive, you would think they would offer something. Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express are by far the two BEST hotels to stay at. Both are consistent no matter what City or State you stay in. They both offer free fresh hot cookies, some offer free Arby's and both give you Complimentary Waters. You would think at $200 a night, they would let you have a Complimentary Clothes Washing but no, its $2.00 each. I would not recommend this Hotel.
One simple word AMAZING
From when I first walked in I just loved how clean the room was and I love the fact that is was coffee in the room that we can make our self. During my stay me and my husband did go to the bar and this guy name matt at the bar treated us really good with drinks, also in the mornings breakfast was amazing and fresh.Tatiana was a great help and respectful. She gave me a idea about my daughter baby shower and i will be booking my daughter baby shower in the meeting room for this summer. I really enjoyed my stay and i will be back in the summer to have my daughter baby shower there. Thank You

In the morning i was able to eat breakfast and it was great, during that time a lady working in that area named tatiana let her know i did not eat eggs and she was able to find me a substitute for the eggs i also loved the pool area it was clean which made it comfortable.
