Lovely place to stay about a 5 min walk to the seafront and a 35min walk to Cascais. The rooms are bright and spacious, our room had garden seating outside it and was a great spot to relax with a book and a drink. the pool is also a great add on. Breakfast is very good with fresh products and beautiful breads. Our hosts Rafael or Paloma were always there if required and were excellent at their jobs. I recommend ubar taxi for moving around it's really brilliant and cheap average waiting time 2 min.

A wonderfully relaxing place to stay near the ocean.

This bed and breakfast was a great place to stay; it had a very "homey" feeling and was very relaxing to stay there. There are 6 double rooms and 2 singles, ours was spotless, on the ground floor and had the most beautifully decorated large bright, airy bathroom. The tiles were tastefully chosen, color coordination beautifully to reflect an ocean atmosphere; I didn't get pictures before we left but it was immaculate. There was a small sitting area just outside of the double sliding glass doors with a metal privacy/security screen that electrically rolls down, it takes up the whole side of the room. There really isn't a "view" but I added that because the view within the private courtyard is all one really needs. We will return.

Family Vacation

Stayed here with my husband, son, grandson & fiancé. Our host helped us with everything & was very accommodating. We had the room with a double bed & a separate room with kitchen & twin bed. This is a nice quiet place to stay. We walked down to the ocean & then walked into the town. It takes around 30 minutes. There are bicycles here at Casa da Luisa also if you want to go for a ride. Breakfast was delicious. Yogurt, cereal, eggs, rolls & freshly bakes apple pastry. There is a large room with fireplace & books & comfy sofas to hang out in. We sat in this room having a glass of wine that José gave us. This is a very nice place to stay & was perfect for my family.

Wonderful stay, host José was so welcoming, made us really feel at home. Great breakfast, great room and a perfect walk to town. Dinner recommendations really helpful, loved coffee at nearby cafes on the sea front. Spoilt for choice!

The most relaxing place, a home from home

I've stayed here twice and loved it both times. The host Luisa is a wonderful lady who looks after you but without intrusion. Rooms are big and airy and it's only a short walk from the cycle path and casa da Guia. Takes about 40 mins to walk into cascais centre but it's a lovely coastal walk with great views and, if you time it right, beautiful sunsets. The pool is refreshing and generally have it to yourself. I wish I could go back soon.
